Neat, clean & peaceful vintage style stay l. Right opposite to Raja's seat. Eventhough it's in the centre of the town, the property is very calm & tranquil. caretakers are very helpful. Host is also very responsive & amenable.

We booked this property for a weekend getaway, and it was exactly as shown in the photos. The place was neat, clean, spacious, and open. Host Praveen was very helpful, guiding us to local spots. He also offered homemade gooseberry and red rose wine. The WiFi signal was strong, making it easy to work from home without any issues. Internet coverage was good throughout the property. All toiletries, including a hair dryer and iron, extra blankets, pillows as well as kitchen equipment, were provided for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider booking this place again on our next trip to Coorg

This property is one of the best i have been in so far. The architecture and interiors is just marvellous and well thought. The house is designed in a way the sun sets right at the open glass view. I literally loved the bathroom and was very clean and spacious and great natural lighting both in bathroom and the room. The bed in the attic is also unique. The Staff Akash was very helpful and kind. they have great food, loved the peas pulav.

After spending 4 days at Bharath's place, I can only think of good things to say. The location is excellent if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. The home overlooks coffee plantations and also forests on a hill - there is greenery everywhere! The property itself is a home with beautifully maintained flowers and other plants. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There is an attached kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and basic utensils - enough to make quick meals but nothing elaborate. The bathroom is clean and we had no trouble getting hot water. The beds are comfortable. Can't really ask for more. Spots such as the Irpu Falls and Nagarhole NP are nearby. Importantly, Bharath and his family are wonderful people, and made us feel right at home. As long as you have the expectation that this is not a commercial venture and you're staying in someone's home, you are sure to have a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Coorg when staying here.

Good relax place to stay, breakfast spread has to be better. Only one dish was provided. Felt expensive for the pricing!
