We stayed in Marco's apartment for over a month - the experience has been completely wonderful. It's hard to add to the rest of more kind reviews for this place. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, super equipped, with dazzling views, in a serene place, with parking always available and with a host who has thought of everything and is offered very generously. We are very grateful to Marco and Stefania for all their kindnesses and their permanent response. It's a beautiful area. The countryside, mountains, forests, meadows, villages, people , restaurants, bars. A beautiful Italian experience, close to attractive cities that we will certainly never forget. Thank you very much for everything!

We love nature and La Reserva was perfectly suited to what we were looking for, a peaceful place to relax after visiting surrounding cities. Giacomo is a great host. He resolved all our doubts with immediacy, gave us flexibility and autonomy for entry and exit, as well as suggesting some places to eat. The house is very well prepared for the cold with PVC windows, hydro pellet stove as central heating system and automatic boiler for hot water. All this is losing the rural charm. Access is not easy (the road is very steep and narrow, with a final stretch without asphalt), but with the indications that Giacomo facilitates in advance, you can arrive without complications... But yes, if driving by mountain road is not your thing, better let others enjoy La Reserva de Adriano. Otherwise, like us, you will be left wanting to repeat.

This is a beautifully appointed villa with unique and really special mid-century decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces are better than they look in the photos. You are perched on a hilltop in a nice residential area, but there is plenty of privacy. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the villa. What is even more special about this place was the host. Andrea was incredibly gracious with his time and recommendations. If you are looking for an Emilia Romagna countryside stay, I would highly recommend. You need a car, but day trips to Modena, Bologna, and Parma are very do-able. We explored parmesan cheese making, balsamic vinegar production, and of course wine! The Ferarri Museum is also fairly close by and there is wonderful food everywhere!

Excellent was everything, comunication with ownwer, price, flat was very clean, we can use kitchen with f.e. coffe, we enjoy the stay there ...
