Monica is very welcoming. The value for money is very good. Be careful if you have small children because there are slightly steep stairs to access the accommodation.

Well furnished apartment, with well equipped kitchen, open space on the living room, with sofa bed, TV and a spectacular view ( sunset super), the Maremma hills and the valley below. Large bedroom, comfortable mattress, closet and dresser. Nice bathroom, with bidet, modern shower and in the closet, washing machine and cleaning equipment. Matteo has provided us with a large storage room, where you can safely leave the bicycles. In addition to an area dedicated to washing and maintaining bicycles. All in a stately and reserved building, with a double entrance. Perfect location to visit Massa Marittima on foot, but also a great base for biking. I thank Matteo and Serena, for all the information they gave us, and for having a nice holiday. As soon as we have the chance, we'll definitely come back to see you. Thanks Luca and Mirna.

An awesome and characteristic little flat in the center of this small and characteristic town in the middle of the Tuscany hills. Absolutely recommend!
