Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monte San Pietro

Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Silvio is a super helpful and kind host; at any time and any problem, he has always been helpful. The property is well-stocked , in excellent condition and quite large ; Bathroom with modern shower. The apartment is well connected to the station within a 3-minute walk. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience here - Barbara was an excellent host - warm, welcoming, flexible when our flight was delayed. She gave us her insights about Bologna's charms, guide books were available, and she was quick to respont to questions. We were visiting family and it was convenient and comfortable for our needs, so central and in a lively location, so many restaurants and sights nearby too. The apartment itself had all we needed - bright spacious kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. And the price was right! We hope to stay again soon. Thank you Barbara!

Super! We booked Aurora's house because we had a theater evening. Paolo wrote us all the useful information, and we arrived right at the apartment. The good thing is that you park right in front of the apartment door and for us it was very convenient to move in view of the well-served area and 15 meters from the bus stop that leads to the center. Very nice apartment, well arranged and very clean. Thank you very much Paolo, when we return to Bologna you will be our fixed stop.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Angiolo was very welcoming. he and his son waited patiently for us lthough we were late. He gave us a basket of welcoming gifts and a parting gidt as well. He is a man of few words but he gave us a reassuring vibe and a fatherly warmth. A great place with the authentic Italian air.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

I can’t say enough good about this stay. Marco was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Pia followed up with a message to check on us the next day. The home had everything we needed to make our 3 night stay perfect. The location is great, easy walking throughout the city and just a few minutes from the train station. I would highly recommend Casa Adriana.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

If you are looking for a place to use as an ideal base to explore the region, I’d look no further. The house is excellently located, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and with the sort of tranquility and surroundings you’d wish for after a day out visiting the various cities and borghi of Emilia Romagna. It is very well equipped too. Federica is a fantastic host who was very communicative and helpful in every way. In all aspects, this place is highly recommendable.

The apartment was amazing! It was just like the photos—light, bright and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully up to date and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! Also, the building was super quiet and the location was so convenient—we walked everywhere. Flor was a very responsive, friendly host. I would love to go back!

Antonio is a great host that is very responsive and accommodating! He greeted us personally and thoroughly explained the workarounds of the unit, while also giving us great list of restaurant recommendations. It had everything we needed from a washer to dryer, working internet and tv. The Airbnb was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Alessandra’s apartment was fabulous, an amazing location right in the heart of Bologna. She is a great host, everything we could have wished for was provided & more, treats on arrival which delighted our children & a bottle of Prosecco which delighted us! The apartment is so clean & beds really comfortable. Alessandra is a responsive host & nothing is too much trouble, she went out of her way to help us with a later check out & transportation. This is my second time at Sara's place and I highly recommend it to all those who have to pass by! The host Sara is very helpful and very kind, she always leaves flowers and fruits in the apartment as a welcome for the guest, always very appreciated by me 🌸🍊 The decor is modern and functional, the bed is comfortable and the shower is simply beautiful, a real cuddle with chromotherapy 😍
