Thank you so much, we stayed for 10 days and had a great time. The village is magical and there is beautiful Nature around to explore. Elenas restaurant in the village had the best food, I can highly recommend a visit. The House is very cute and had everything we needed. Lorenza and her parents were very kind.

We spent a few (sadly, rainy) days October days in Casa Emma. The location, on the edge of a small mountain top village, is fantastic. From the garden you have an amazing view over the green Garfagnana valleys. The house is very comfortable, with many well-thought out details, like a little boutique hotel. The downstairs living room is not big but very cozy, with a wood stove. The kitchen has everything you need. Upstairs bedrooms are large, with comfy beds. Wifi speedtest: 27.7/2.5. The garden is very nice with many places to sit in the sun and shade, views all around. The pool looks great but the weather was unfortunately too cold to enjoy it. The house is next to a church but it is very quiet (no church bells), you only hear birds. Alessandro is a great host, always available via the app. On arrival, there was a nice welcoming package with some groceries and snacks. We'll have to come back one day to explore this beautiful region further, with better weather. Highly recommended!

Super romantic, cozy unique location. What a view! And wonderfully warm by the stove or in the bench in the sun. We felt incredibly rich!

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs now and this place is among my top two! I loved the big kitchen, fireplace, games, music, and comfy beds with THE BEST VIEWS out of almost every window! It's an enchanting place in a magical, fairytale town. It was warm, cozy, spacious, and absolutely gorgeously decorated. We did a puzzle, read books, had a fire, watched movies, and enjoyed cooking every meal. The town was fun to walk around, the bar upstairs great for an afternoon coffee or morning pastry. And the host and manager were both wonderful, responding to every need and very helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about this place - if you're thinking about it, book it!!

We stayed one night, the very cozy house in Tuscan style '80s is in the heart of the small village of Lanciole, we wanted peace and we found it. A lovely place, we immediately felt at home, the courtesy and kindness of Mrs. Silvia and her very unique daughter. We will definitely be back

Great spacious stay very close to Bologna

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

Davide is very personable. The apartment is suitable in terms of location and amenities both for the short stopover and for a longer stay.

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Rosa Bianca's beautiful apartment. It was comfortable and charming (wonderful decor) and the location was perfect -- walking distance to all of the sites in the old town of Bologna. We were greeted in person by Rosa Bianca's son Matteo who kindly helped with our luggage and told us all we needed to know about the apartment and neighborhood. The area is very vibrant, but the apartment is extremely peaceful. We highly recommend Rosa Bianca's place!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Super cozy and helpful family, very warm and cozy apartment. Amazing view and very convenient location for different points of interest, especially for those who want to hike or ski. If I had to go back to the area, I would definitely check if it's available.

I stayed at this villa with friends for New Year's Eve. The house is very large, the rooms and common spaces are very spacious and welcoming with a wonderful garden. I found the house in great condition, very nice and clean and above all well stocked. The host was super helpful, check-in and check-out were done on their own with extreme ease but the host was always available. The only downside was the temperature, being a very large house some larger spaces (such as hallway or living room) were colder; the rooms and kitchen were warmer. The area was ideal for our purposes, or celebrating at home. Very close to the station! I highly recommend the stay especially for groups of friends or large families. ☺️

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

The house and especially the garden were perfect to get some perspective over New Year. Our dog loved the huge garden, we felt great about it since it's completely fenced ;-) Form the house, you have a lovely overview over the olive grove and the valley - in the distance, one cann even spott the towers of Lucca. The garden gazebo makes a nice match with the house and is well lit at night, also some more lights are distributed carefully around the garden which makes the place look special at night. The house is cozy and well refurbished, the carrara kitchen sink and table look worthy and elegant. Stefania is a beautifukl host, always responsive and helpful. We would love to come back soon!

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

The house was large and lovingly cozily furnished with great huge garden. For us, it was a good base for exploring Italy in this area. Gianna and John were very attentive and super warm-hearted hosts who also surprised us with a bottle of wine. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this place.
