Monthly Rentals in Mexico

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve been to. Serene, comfortable and relaxing. If you’re not familiar with Tulum, which I was not, the location is somewhat isolated, so unless you have a vehicle be sure to buy groceries before arriving because getting anywhere can get expensive with taxi rides to Tulum costing $50 round trip. Nonetheless it is a beautiful location and a wonderful accommodation.

Very comfortable accommodation and accessible to many things: pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and other things. A very quiet area, maybe a little noisy because it is on a busy avenue. But everything else is very good place and the hosts are pending if we were missing something. Very attentive, I would go back to this place.

I’m so glad I booked this place! The location was perfect, right on the edge of town which made it a quick bike ride or scooter ride to the beach, restaurants in town, and various cenotes. It was really convenient having a grocery store right across the street too, although the loading trucks were a bit noisy at times. Lots of tropical birds came to the trees outside my balcony, and the swimming pool on the roof was gorgeous and perfect for days when I wasn’t off adventuring. The bed was realllly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, although I did have to buy my own oil, vinegar, and salt etc for cooking. The caretaker of the building (Sandra) was super kind and helpful when I needed something. The AC and wifi worked well. There were a few nights where some of the guests were partying and I had to sleep with earplugs but for the most part it was a pretty quiet building. All in all, a great stay and would highly recommend!
