Wonderful modernist villa filled with art and interesting objets. This was the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed at. We loved the pool for a cooling dip and our host, David & team, couldn’t have been more obliging. They cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan fest on the second night. We all wished we had more time to stay for longer. A++++

We had a great time up in Knuckles, where Senaka Kumari and Saju made us feel right at home. The cottage is simple and a perfect place to stay if you're planning to hike and be outdoors. The fire in the evenings with delicious homemade food was a particular highlight! We went on a walk with Saju, a great afternoon full of fun. We also got to learn from Kumari, cooking with her down at the soon to be pizzeria. Would highly recommend organising a tuk tuk with Senaka given the road isn't the most practical to access the cottage. Overall a very peaceful place to stay with beautiful views.

Kanil is such a genuine and caring host. The attention to detail and care he takes is above and beyond, from local recommendation lists, the quality of the room to the beautiful traditional breakfast made by his mother. Kanil and his family are such lovely people and have created such an oasis not to far from the madness of Kandy. The apartment is equipt with everything you need and more, you could easily stay he for weeks or months at a time. The bed is comfortable, the view is stunning, the shower is spacious and hot and having a fully functional kitchen was great. The apartment is well worth every dollar. We enjoyed our stay but most of all enjoyed the company of Kanil as he had similar interest to us. Kanil is a very intelligent young man and is going to go very far in life ! No one negative to our stay ♡

We had a great time at Nimal’s. Beautiful house with spectacular views. Plenty of room for our group. And Pushba looked after us with breakfast and a couple of dinners. Highly recommend if you’re heading to Victoria Golf Resort.
