Monthly Rentals in Mariano Colón

The place was excellent and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay in the little house. The owner was on site while we were there and offered good restaurant suggestions (all within walking distance) and other advice about things to do in the area. We did have some issues initially getting in, but the property manager responded right away and we quickly figured it out. We made use of the washer and dryer, and the large fridge was great. Some nights were a little noisy with humans (as expected on a weekend) and roosters. A good place in a great location!

10 stars if possible. You can't ask for better hosts than Joan and Javier. Arrived in Ponce in the middle of the night and Javier was waiting with a friendly smile. Joan was very responsive, checking in to be sure everything was good. The unit is exactly as described. Clean, modern and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great A/C and a big screen smart TV. Location walkable to major supermarket and huge mall with lots of dining options, movies, Macy's and JC Penney. I can't recommend Joan's place enough and will definitely seek availability on my next trip to beautiful Ponce. Thank you Joan and Javier for ensuring a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a month and we were so comfortable, we did not want to leave. The house is very well equipped and well located. The pool and outdoor space is a great extra and Hecmar is a great host. She was always available for us. We definitely recommend this Airbnb and would not hesitate to come back in the future.
