Excellent stay....very nice the view to the sea and the facilities of the social club very good...the truth passes a time of rest and relaxation...would be back with great pleasure...Diego, who took care of us in everything was very precise in the instructions and always attentive to every query...in general everything was 10/10.

everything very great, a good host

I am a person of few words, but 10/10 everything clean, tidy, good reception, safe place, attentive host, the only bad thing was that unfortunately you could not go down to the sea from the urbanization due to geological problems, but that is already very separate. In itself, highly recommended, I would come back again.

Juan has a nice and comfortable house, the cost is excellent for the benefits it offers. Communication was quick and fluid, always attentive to any novelty. An excellent option.

The place is very nice. You feel at home, being inside a private development, accounts with security and incredible tranquility. You are 5 minutes from San Mateo beach and 15 minutes from Santa Marianita. 100% recommended.

It was a very pleasant stay, everything 10/10. Great view from the window and balcony, comfortable facilities, everything they offer is as is . Building facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi in good condition I highly recommend it, I would definitely come back.

The apartment was very good, it is new, the residential complex has a good location, sea view and pool. Darwin was very friendly and was careful to solve a water problem in the apartment. My only observation is that there were no basic cleaning elements such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher or pots for the use of the induction cooker. Anyway, it was a great place to stay as a family, thank you very much Darwin! 😉

5 stars are not enough to rate this accommodation, the owners & the overall experience. From the moment of inquiry, Carina immediately responded, was very accurate with her description & extremely helpful in arranging all aspects of my visit. Throughout my stay, Carina was checking in to ensure I had everything and always quick to respond. Something not always experienced with ABnB hosts. The accommodation & town were extremely safe, quiet, peaceful & are walking distance from everything needed. The cottage was extremely clean, well equipped, & had uninterrupted power, internet connectivity & hot H2O. The views are spectacular, & the sound of the waves make this cottage an incredible place for both short & long term stays. Additionally, the kite school is the most professional I have ever attended. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, patient, fun to train with & make safety a priority. The equipment is top notch. This is a MUST STAY - I Will Be Back!!!

The host was super friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful, you have to climb up a little hill from the beach and that's It, is perfect if you want to get away from everything and enjoy a peaceful place. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing place, I would definitely come back. The house is superior to what appears in the photos, very clean and tidy. For us who are from the sierra they had air conditioners in each room, super comfortable beds. And Carlitos, who always welcomed us, was always ready to help us with everything. A beautiful experience.

We loved our stay at Leonardo's place. Air conditioning in all the rooms was a huge plus. He let us check in early and leave late. EXCELLENT commission, great location. Beds were very firm, which we liked. Incredibly safe location with 24 hour security. $5 and 10 minute taxi ride into Manta. Highly recommended.
