My Husband and I were on vacation and decided to go to Manta, but we had an inconvenience with the hotel where we were going to stay; for which we decided to check the airbnb, and we found this beautiful apartment very cozy, totally clean, with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days on vacation. The Host and Mr. Administrador very friendly, the truth is I am very thoughtful when choosing options and we simply loved it ,and of course we would return. Many Blessings to Mr. Aveiga and his family ; and to his Administrator Mr. Cristhian Mejía also many blessings.

Excellent place, its location is very good with unbeatable landscapes, the facilities are very good and the building staff is always available to help, Nereida and the person in charge always knew how to give the necessary directions and the truth the rules are clear and understandable, simply recommended is a very nice and comfortable apartment, suitable for a vacation, rest and enjoy.

Juan's apartment is the same as the photographs, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is a great host, he was always attentive. With my family we spend a few incredible days. Surely we'll be back.

Very good service, unfortunately could not be fully enjoyed because of the light cuts, but that falls outside of its possibilities. Recommended100% I would like to come back for longer so I can enjoy the place more. Truly one feels at home and in confidence for all the service that is received.

Excellent. The house as described in the photos. The place was very clean and tidy. The development is very quiet and has a park and functional pool. 100% recommended, I would return without thinking. The kitchen has everything you need, microwave, blender, fridge.

Amazing place, I would definitely come back. The house is superior to what appears in the photos, very clean and tidy. For us who are from the sierra they had air conditioners in each room, super comfortable beds. And Carlitos, who always welcomed us, was always ready to help us with everything. A beautiful experience.
