I had an amazing experience staying at Rocio's place! The apartment was in a fantastic location—close to everything I wanted to explore, and it was so convenient to have reliable electricity 24/7, especially when some other neighborhoods were experiencing outages. The space itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

I am strongly recommend to stay in this property. We arrived to Cuenca for visiting Sting's concert and the house appeared to be located just 15 minutes waking to the stadium. Also because of excellent location we visited the Zoo and the Botanic garden of Cuenca. As well as our favorite Wayra Shopping Mall. David and this mother helped is a lot to park our big car nearby. And our top roof apartments were amazing with hot tap water and lovely Jacuzzi!!! I feel myself deeply happy of finding this property and wish the new guests to have this experience.

I enjoyed my 2 months here. The only thing I wish I had there was a toaster or an oven, so I went out and bought a small Toaster Oven. nbd. Cute place, decent internet. I would stay here again.

The accommodation is located in a quiet sector, close to everything important: shops, historic center, museum, parks. Although the apartment is small, it was very comfortable for me and my pets. The kitchen had everything and everything was spotless on cleanliness. The only negative aspect if you are going in a car is that you must look for parking, although due to the perception of security I left it on the street outside the lodging and there was no novelty. The host is available to help resolve any concerns.
