Great stay at Alexa's. From the Organic half and half in the fridge, to the comfortable bed, to the fancy leather lounge chairs, to the pitter-patter of rain on the metal shed roof. Also, the views out the front (back) are gorgeous and nostalgic. It's an easy walk to picturesque and quaint Ferndale, and a short drive to the coast.

My second stay at the Pelicans Roost was just as enjoyable as my first. Scott is an amazing host who is super friendly and very responsive. The unit is clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay including a comfortable bed and a quiet location. I look forward to my next stay at the Pelicans Roost!

We loved Sallys Place! Easy to get to and great location for our needs. My boys visited the coffee shop every day we stayed and fell in love with their pumpkin bread. Sally also had lots of coffee and tea choices and i took daily advantage of them. It was just such a cute layout and cozy yet we could compartmentalize when we wanted down time with the boys in the living room and me in the back dining area that had lovely views towards the river. I will definitely stay here again when in Fortuna! Thanks Sally!

Stayed here for a few weeks and had a lovely peaceful time here. The property was very secluded, quiet, and beautiful. They took care of making sure the camper was serviced during my stay. 5 stars, would stay here again.
