Felt right at home! Beautiful 360 degree views. It was truly a wonderful stay. I recommend this for anyone that wants to connect with nature and enjoy a modern place with great views.

Amazing location! Everything you could want is within 15 minutes walking distance. Safe area. There are no curtains in the living room, so if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed there is lots of light in the morning and it gets fairly warm during the afternoon. The workspace is great and internet is fast. It is mostly quiet, but you can hear airplanes, cars, and other city sounds. Ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers. The appliances worked well. There isn’t a toaster or a colander, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to cook. Cozy space. Would definitely stay again. The space

We loved staying at Paul’s! It feels a little more local than other spots in Laureles, so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s great. There’s a plaza nearby with food stalls, fruits and veggies and meats, which was great to have so close. It can get a little loud outside, but we were there in December so it probably depends on the time of the year, and Paul was great at letting us know of any neighborhood parties going on that would be loud. The place itself was very cute and clean, a perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. Paul was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful with everything. I’d recommend if you want to be close enough to the cool spots in Laureles but a little farther away in a local neighborhood!

my stay was very good, the flat meet my expectations, has a laundry room which is super handy. 2 minutes walk from the metro (which is immaculately clean and safe) my only problem was it's on a busy street and as a result it was a bit loud for me as I'm not a city dweller. all in all a very good place to stay
