Javier’s villa is one of a kind .. the staff are great the maid was amazing washing my clothes always had the place clean when I’d wake up or leave or come back .. the place was safe and the view at night was a different type of view to experience !! .. if your visiting Medellín you got to stay here everytime I come back this is gonna be the first place I try to book

We were a group of 10 and the house was very comfortable. The Host is excellent and super attentive and responsive. The house is very central to go elsewhere by taxi. The Exito supermarket is half a block away and there is a variety of places to eat.

This is a large beautiful home with nice patios, especially loved the large balcony overlooking the quiet street. We had a number of people for dinner and everyone was very impressed. Great indoor jacuzzi with covered open skylight, large kitchen, charcoal barbecue, huge open living/dining room. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back and highly recommended!

Host was very responsive, friendly and the place was very spacious! Fit 3 families with kids perfectly fine. Would highly recommend. There were many places to eat around it, grocery store, drug store, a casino next door and night life is easily accessible from the house in Laureles. Great area, with shopping less than a mile away.

The property was ideal for our group of 10. Each of us had our own room, though not all had private bathrooms, which wasn’t an issue for us. Ana and her team were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations, arranging private transportation wherever we needed, and providing fresh towels daily. They were attentive to all of our requests, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight drawbacks were some mold in the showers and the need for newer bed linens, but overall, it didn’t detract from a great experience. Location 10/10.

Place is as described by the host and in a great location, surrounded by lot of restaurants easy to walk to places. Most important part of our experience was working with Carlos, Host is very proactive and highly reactive. He kept the place clean and up to date as if he is staying there on a regular basis. Very responsive and looking after our needs. I would highly recommend this place and our guy's trip was made safe and enjoyable at this Airbnb. I would come back to this house again in our future plans.

Their house is clean spacious and very quiet . Zectorem group is also very helpful they’re quick to answer any questions . I’d definitely stay here again if I was to visit Medellín.

The apartment is very beautiful !! It has an excellent view of Medellin !!! The common areas are very good and on the fourth floor it has a very rich restaurant and the pool and jacuzzi excellent !!!! I would return

All in all a perfect spot for a large group of family. We loved it . Would be nice if the pool was heated ! Otherwise such a really great house great location felt very safe there!

The house is very well located and very spacious. It is a very safe area and walkable to many restaurants. The house needs some maintenance but the host is very responsive and proactively tried to resolve the issues we experience with the fridge and bathrooms. Daily cleaning is very helpful

Manuela is an amazing Super Host and always ensures her guests are taken care of. I would recommend Urban Studios to anyone looking for luxury with the best view of Medellin at 25% of the price you would pay in USA. These properties are typically booked months in advance so take don’t delay

10/10 location. 10/10 penthouse. The Bluetooth speakers are in every room, that was my favorite part. The master bedroom shower has a ceiling that looks outside, incredible. Bed extremely comfy. Hot tub amazing. I can’t say enough good things! Best of all is Simon, the host. He arranged airport pickup for me, replied to every question I had within literally 30 seconds and gave me the best recommendations in the city. I highly recommend this place, thanks Simon!!

Our experience was excellent. Dn Jhon was incredibly friendly and was always attentive to our needs. We deeply appreciate it allowing us to stay with pet samples, which made the trip even more special. Definitely a place to recommend not only because of the space but also exceptional attention

It’s a tranquil location around 7 minutes in taxi / Uber to Poblado centre. The accommodation itself is very well presented. I felt very safe here, due to the neighborhood and the layout of the courtyard. Communication with the host was very good. I would return happily and was sad to be leaving. When I locked my things in the safe accidentally, the issue was resolved within minutes. It’s in a residential neighborhood but there is a nice little cafe 30 seconds walk away. I’d highly recommend this place.
