Monthly Rentals in Lauderdale

The location is fantastic. You are very close to the high-end dining and great places to stop in and grab a bite. There is a little bit of street noise but nothing that kept me awake. While the building is historical, it has undergone many updates and renovations. I didn’t experience any technical issues with the building. The gardens and grounds were beautiful. October in MN, the weather is unpredictable. When the first few days were still warm and the evenings chilly and the building had not switched from air conditioning to heat, I mentioned to Judy that I was chilly in the evenings. She produced a small space heater that kept me toasty and warm. The apartment is well furnished and well laid out. The only downside for me was none of the closet space accommodated a long garment. I simply hung a hook over the door in front of the washer/dryer so I could hang my dresses. The secure parking ramp was on the next block which was perfect and easy to use. I would stay with Judy again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a concert/vacation. The location is perfect!! We were 25 minutes from venues and the mall of america (including traffic times) and it was so easy to find. We are coming back up in June for another concert and I’m pretty sad it won’t be available, but I do hope that the host takes time for herself to stay in this amazing home. If you get the chance, stay here! You will not be disappointed and always remember to bring a mini sewing kit on your trips just incase!

We had a few problems initially but the host was very responsive and eager to help and made sure everything was taken care of as soon as possible!
