Monthly Rentals in Lake Grassmere

We only stayed one night and arrived late in the evening so we didn’t get a chance to check out the surroundings but it was a lovely place and I wish we would have had more time to explore! Cozy place, nice to have a kitchen and washer!

We stayed for one night on our way from the golden bay to Christchurch and even though it was just one night we loved it! We had the chance to take a stroll down to the beach at sunset with a magnificent sky and enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evening and the morning when it was autumnly cold. The house is close to the mainroad and you can hear the cars, but not too much. The inside is absolutely beautiful, cozy and clean, with high quality beddings and linen, and an amazing view onto the dunes and the ocean. In the morning we saw dolphins passing by in the distance - that would have been amazing to watch from the beach if we had had more time. Sarah was very friendly in her communication and provided some cute toys and books for our kids. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place!

This is a great place to stay in Nelson I would certainly stay again. Do not be put off by having to go through the shop front entrance. When you open the door to the flat it is all worth it. Beautiful linen and vibe of the whole apartment. Very quiet despite being in the heart of town. Great restaurants close by all within walking distance. My bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the towels excellent quality. If you are looking for a place close in town for Nelson give this a go. Thanks for your style sally.
