First time in Nice, Nico and Liza’s place is in the heart of the city with walkable routes to both the promenade, old town and the train station. The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, with the hosts being responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a trip to Nice or Monaco, I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice studio with a very flexible host on schedules. It is located at the foot of the train station which is great for getting around. I'll be back

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We loved Rodica’s apartment for its location, convenience and the beautiful patio. Paul and Rodica were amazing host and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Impeccably styled with so much character, making for a very special stay. The kind of house that feels like it tells a story. The house is extremely spacious, with comfortable beds (cozy pillows and duvets), a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful dining room overlooking the Alpes-Maritimes, which would easily be at home on the pages of a design magazine. Tasteful decoration, lots of space and very much a home. Thank you for a beautiful week. We’re looking forward to renting this again with some friends.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Cindy is very responsive and thoughtful. Very pleasant stay, very spacious house, very well appointed exterior not overlooked and very very quiet . I would recommned this property 👍

We had a great time at Maike's place. The walk to town and the beach was pleasant. We were close to the train station and options for the bus.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

This is the perfect to stay when visiting Nice. It is right in the heart of the Old Town. Beware it is a walk up hill to reach the apartment and then another 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us and actually felt good after all the wonderful wine, bread, cheese, pastries and the list goes on. The view was unbelievable. I spent all of my time on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cuppa! I could not get enough. The apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Our hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information about the city. Excellent hosts. 5 minutes walk to coffee, pastries and restaurants. The seafront is 10 minutes. It is a 5 minute walk up the hill (directly from the apartment) to the Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill) with stunning views of Nice and even the snow covered Alps. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment is very well-equipped: electric shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Perfect for a family. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc. and the living room TV is great and there are Netflix accounts already set up for guests in multiple languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Amazing home, exceeded our expectations. Andrea and Fredrica were so helpful, nice and flexible. The apartment was fresh and you got that little extra with everything you need in both the bathroom and kitchen as well as drinks in the fridge. Amazing service and wonderful views from the balcony!

Despite the bad weather when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the balcony could be closed by large windows and we were able to enjoy this space and the sea view. Great welcome by Marie Hélène with some good restaurant tips that we were able to enjoy and can validate!

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!

The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance, parking is a stone's throw away. The accommodation is perfect, very well equipped and maintained, the bedding is perfect. As for Lorenzo, communication was perfect from start to finish, he was very responsive to every message I sent him, and concerned that our stay went smoothly. No complaints, I highly recommend it!
