Accommodation in a good location close to the sea and very well equipped. Croisette and merchants were all within walking distance. Very pleasant stay and our host was always available for any questions.

Didier’s place was perfect for 4 people! The space was very clean, he was prompt and helpful with check-in, and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, train, and surrounding restaurants. We look forward to coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at this nice place. I would recommend it to anyone. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We stayed with our children and had everything needed. Angela and Charles are great hosts, respond fast and the communication with them is pleasant and accurate. The location is perfect- 5 min walking from the train station and 2 minutes to the beach. There is a nice view of the blue sea from the window of the living room. Spacious rooms with a lot of natural light, fully equipped kitchen and some extra touches like olive oil, breakfast cereal for the children, toothpaste and brushes, toys and umbrella for the beach. I would like to come back again to Juan Les Pins and Antibes and I would definitely choose this apartment again.

The terrace and view are spectacular! The photos do not do it justice. The overall location is perfect as a home base for exploring Villefranche Sur Mer, Eza Village, Menton and of course, the St. Jean Cap Ferrat trail. The apartment is very small, but fine for two people. Parking is super easy and check-in/checkout were a breeze.

Comfortable home with an ideal location. Loved the amazing view from the balcony and being able to walk a couple minutes to the daily flower & produce market, restaurants and the beach.

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

The apartment matches the description and everything is fine. It's heated upon arrival and it's appreciated. Only downside, it is small (but for two it's enough), it was missing kitchen items compared to the inventory, a closet door is off-axis and an oven that would have been useful. We still enjoyed it and we were able to do our entire hiking program. Thanks also to Malika who came to do us a little service. I would recommend this rental. Eliane

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

Simply incredible apartment and incredible view! The apartment had absolutely everything you need for life, and coffee and tea, sugar, oil, olive oil, absolutely all utensils, pots of pans, etc.! And of course, Jean Mark is an amazing and caring host! We were absolutely delighted and had a wonderful time! I didn't want to leave!

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

Teresa's apartment was exactly what I was hoping for. It had everything I needed, plus those extra touches of luxury that make a place feel special. The location was spot on, right above my favourite cafe! And the market in the square was just outside the door. Perfect! I highly recommend Teresa's spacious and charming apartment. By the way, the bed is so comfortable. I can't remember when I last slept so well. Thank you Teresa. See you next time.
