Perfect for our two night getaway with our elderly parents and kids. Very spacious and comfortable and comes with all of the amenities. Location was perfect as right across from the resort’s mini golf, outdoor and indoor pool facilities, and coffee shop. And an easy 10-15 minute drive from Coñonial Williamsburg and William & Mary.

The location was absolutely worth the trip. The beaches were peaceful and pristine. The community was quiet and well kept. Absolutely lovely place to get away from it all.

Our stay was great, just as described in the description. The main bedroom was large with a joined bathroom. The spare bedroom had 2 twin beds and the bedding for the pull out couch. My 17yo said the couch was comfortable but air unit in the closet was kid when it ran during the night. This resort is an easy 15minute drive to CW and Busch Gardens. Shopping center for anything you need is across the street. The dishwasher isn’t the best with the bottom drawer hard to pull-out/push-in and we found a rotting garlic clove under the kitchen counter edge. The kitchen as the necessities (dishes, cups, utensils, cookie sheets and a little sugar packets and 2 coffee filer packets) otherwise the cabinets are empty. Security was there all the time and it was a great area to be in.

Igor was amazing. I was very tired and exhausted after a long flight from Italy, nor did I have access to wifi at the time with my Italian phone. I was having difficulty checking in, but he stepped in very quickly and remedied the situation. Afterwards check in was a breeze. The property was beautiful. The unit was perfect and very clean. There was more than enough room for my two daughters, my granddaughter, and myself. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanksgiving was wonderful there. We regretted having to leave. I cannot say how wonderful, helpful, and professional Igor is. He responded very quickly to my emails and followed up to ensure everything was up to and above standard. This was well after the 9-5 business hours. He stayed in contact until he was assured I was completely checked into my unit. I was very impressed and relaxed knowing he was there (in email) if I needed anything. That quality of service definitely goes a long way in my book. His quick action and response was very reassuring; especially for a solo female traveler. I would definitely call Igor again when I return to the area. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Close to everything in Williamsburg a family would want on vacation - Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, food stores and restaurants. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Absolutely beautiful home in Somerset. So cozy/clean inside and beautiful location/views. Heidi was responsive and flexible with us over the holiday. Close enough to wineries/Charlottesville proper. Such a picturesque setting for our Thanksgiving holiday. Would stay here again - book it!

We had a great time. Scott was very proactive in letting me know exactly what to do to check in. I had a couple questions and I don’t think it took him more than 10 minutes to get back to me. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. I was very impressed overall and would love to stay there again.

We had a nice 2 night stay at Carlos’s airbnb. It was very clean and spacious. The cookies were a welcome treat! The lock on our apt door was tricky but Carlos helped us immediately. The location is quiet but not walkable to any attractions in Richmond.

it was a great place to stay with ample parking. there is an elevator in the building and it has a fully equipped kitchen. great last minute find for my holiday!

Carlos communicated well and provided clear instructions. The accommodations were good and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen provided all that was needed to make a great meal for the Holidays. Although the building is within an industrial area, I prefer this type of location. Although there was drag racing, where apartment 54 was located, you couldn't hear it at all while inside. You will definitely need a car to get around or Uber to take you to close by restaurants and shopping. Nice comfortable stay.

I've stayed here in the past for work travel. I love how convenient it is and how close it is to my office. The space is great for a week-long stay when I don't want to come home to a hotel room each night. It's clean and spacious, and I love that the kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal. I have recommended this to my co-workers who also travel to the area. Will definitely come back.

Anytime we’re in Williamsburg we always stay at William’s property. Very helpful, great location and very communicative.

We had a great stay here! Kids loved the pool! We were far enough away from the hustle bustle, but still close enough! Perfect spot!
