Kevin and Jamie were so responsive and helpful! So so kind!!! Truly a peaceful place - I can not wait to visit again!!

Our family of 4 and furbaby enjoyed our stay as always. We love fishing and kayaking the pond. The deer were great greeting every morning with such peaceful sunrises. Can't beat the nightlife either, evening bonfires with a sky full of stars. We were even lucky enough to catch the northern lights. We will see you all next year!

We loved this beautifully designed and decorated timber-frame barn in hilly, Illinois farm country! Jilly and KenBob are warm hosts who welcomed us with convivial conversation and our pup with a canine chorus.

We loved our stay, it was very cozy on a chilly night. I loved the high ceilings in here, it felt very open and spacious. I’d love to do another’s girls trip here! We especially loved the fireplace and watching old movies on the dvd player.

Mike was very friendly and quick to respond. How as beautiful and meet all of our needs and then some, would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely perfect. I grew up on a farm in Morrisonville, IL. Our home burnt down when I was 13. My dad relocated. I’ve missed our family farm for the past 25 years. Liz and Tony’s place is even more magical than the farm I grew up on. If you like peace and quiet in a beautiful country setting, you will not be disappointed. They were incredibly kind and caring during our stay. I really didn’t have any issues with the water pressure. It took no longer than a minute for it to reach full pressure after starting the shower. This is normal for older country homes. I will be back as soon as I can be. Thank you so much!

The cutest little cottage in such a peaceful area! The perfect place for a chill girls weekend getaway with a perfect hot tub and fire pit. The hosts were helpful through a storm and the power going out but also respectful of privacy. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay at Kevin's house. It was as described. Lots of space, inside and outside. Garage parking was an added plus. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were great with nice showers. Entertainment area was perfect. Will definitely consider booking again and already recommended the house to friends. Thank you!

We were needing a private feeling place with a great view just outside of the busy life and this place fit our wants very well. we greatly need a lil vaca in a stay like this. Great hidden gem in our eye's. We will definitely be asking to rent again down the road 😁

Needed a place to stay on short notice , Rebecca worked with me and had everything ready to go by the next morning . Home has an amazing view out back with a lot of space in the backyard and within the home . Everything we needed to feel at home and comfy was within reach and everything was spotless . I highly recommend going through Rebecca and will most definitely be back if I’m in the area . Great host and great hospitality!

This was by far one of my all time favorite air bnb’s. The space is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The hot tub outside was everything I had hoped for. I was there in an “off season” time for Grafton and it was still so much more than I had hoped for. I truly cannot wait to return in the spring or fall.

Awesome place, great location to relax and private to enjoy the scenery. Jackie was a great host.

Dana was fantastic! The place was exactly as described, she was super responsive and accommodating. The kids loved it and despite being a short trip it was well worth the drive and experience.

We loved staying at this farmhouse! It was so peaceful and quiet and we loved the visiting dogs and the friendliest cows we've ever met! Chad and Sarah answered all my questions and were very helpful. The kids want to come stay again! The place was big and spacious and decorated so we felt right at home. They had every amenity was could want and offered to sell us wood for the fire pit, which unfortunately we didn't use because of the weather.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. The home Is very pretty and cozy. The home setup supported close family evenings and peaceful, quiet mornings. Jennifer was immediately responsive and accommodating. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area.

We loved our stay at this wonderful home…farm home appeal with beautiful renovations and all the amenities. Layout was toddler friendly and we loved our visits with the farm animals and the beautiful holiday light display. Julie was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return again soon!

We were very impressed with our stay! It made being away from home a little easier. Katie was very friendly, and was quick to respond when needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area.

We stayed at this home for a relaxing weekend getaway. The House is very interesting. The rooms are each decorated so unique, making for great photo moments. The yard is huge, we enjoyed the fire pit and privacy. The host was very friendly and communicative.

Such a great place if you want to escape the busy city life or are on the road. It’s quiet and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. We felt very well rested after a good night sleep. Would stay again on our next road trip.

The Canal House is a beautiful, peaceful getaway. The owners were incredibly welcoming. They even gave us fresh, farm eggs when we arrived! The home is exactly as described and the owners were very responsive. The surrounding town is very walkable and the townspeople are friendly! We truly enjoyed our time and would love to come back.
