Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Illinois

Ten of us came into town for a family event. It was nice to be able to stay under one roof rather than a hotel. The house was beautiful and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our only issue was that the house is really not equipped for infants. We were in need of a pack-n-play or crib and we were referred to a rental agency that quoted us $230 for a pack-n-play for FOUR nights. We could have bought one for that price. We ended up borrowing one from a friend of a relative. They are inexpensive and easy to store. It would be a great item to keep in the house for guests. A highchair would be good to have too. I would think the home owners would prefer to have a child sitting in a highchair to eat rather than on an upholstered chair or sofa. Another suggestion…placemats for the table. And lastly, garage remote would be great (charge people if they don’t leave it) or share the code to the garage keypad. Otherwise, everything was great. Wanda was very responsive and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay! Joseph was an awesome host, very hospitable and accommodating. The property did not disappoint. We were able to catch a beautiful sunrise and the privacy was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again and recommend this space.

We had a great stay at this lovely, nicely refurbished and well-maintained farmhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the tools we could have needed and more (some basic food supplies and hot chocolate were an unexpected bonus!). Unlike many hotels and other AirBnBs that provide just a couple of tiny bath towels, the towels here were very nicely sized, there were plenty of them, and they were fluffy and super clean! All of the linens were spotless and they didn't have a strong detergent smell, which I appreciated due to my allergies. The exterior of the property was verdant and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience staying at evolves home. It was very clean, and spacious enough for all my siblings to be comfortable.

Tari and her staff are, without exception, part of the appeal - super friendly, genuine, pro-active and kind people. This historic icon has been tastefully renovated to be true to its roots, but with modern utilities.

They’ve done it again! I’ve been staying at Suzanne and Andy’s properties for 3 years now and I am consistently impressed at their attention to detail, impeccable designs and ability to maintain the character of the unique historic sites they occupy. This property was absolutely STUNNING. I was obsessed from the moment I walked in the door. I wish they’d assist me in designing my own new house it’s so perfect! Absolutely love Suzanne and Andy and every property of theirs.

Amazing stay at this premier location in Gold Coast. Wonderful views, clean rooms and bathrooms, and ample space for a high rise condo. Couldn’t have picked a better location to stay while visiting Chicago!

The apartment is a great space in a wonderful, walkable location. Everything was cozy and well maintained. If I stay in Wicker Park again, I will definitely try to book this apartment again.
