Once you have stayed here, you will want to come back! The Ranch House is cozy, comfortable, and has all the comforts of home. We like this stay because there is plenty of space and a fully appointed kitchen -- this makes it easy for us to enjoy time together over a meal. Heather, Andy, and family are responsive and helpful if needed and know the local communities well so have great recommendations if you need them! We look forward to our next opportunity to stay here1

I had a great stay. The studio had everything I needed to be comfortable. I appreciated the coffee, tea, nice blankets, super hot water, and everything needed for cooking. It is one of the best little places I've stayed.

CC and Joey’s place was a terrific find! Super clean, quiet and a very comfortable bed and unit to stay in. My husband and I get to Yakima several times a year to visit his family and we will definitely stay here again. Close to our favorite wineries but yet just remote enough that the sky gets dark at night and the stars are clearly visible (weather permitting). Responsive and friendly hosts, I Highly recommend this place! Thanks Joey and CC!!!

all good and as advertised. the only issue, which is nothing the host can control, due to location (downtown) the noise from the main road right under the unit makes it difficult to rest without being disturbed
