All in all, it was a perfect stay. I felt very comfortable in the loft. There was even a welcome beer! My host recommended me a very good Indian delivery service. Everything was perfect!

I spent almost 5 weeks in the apartment with Christian and felt comfortable all around. Apartment is well equipped. Top washing machine and induction stove , good mattresses and the view is great. Christian was always approachable despite the vacation and took care of it immediately. Really very nice host. The location is on the outskirts of Bad Aibling. Perfect for walks and cycling. Only a few minutes walk you can reach the river Mangfall, from where you can see the mountains. Shopping center and train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Always happy 😁

A cozy apartment furnished with love and taste, also very suitable for an individual. As a student at the Academy in Kolbermoor, I was only in the evening and at night there, everything was quiet for the necessary relaxation. A few minutes' drive to Kolbermoor perfect. I'd love to come back.

We felt super comfortable in the apartment! The place was just as described and easy to arrive and feel good. Hannes was always available and immediately said that we should just get in touch if something is or something is missing. All in all really great, we would come back anytime.
