Monthly Rentals in Graz

We had a great time at Armin’s place. It is in a great location only five minutes walk from the old town and in a nice quiet area. The apartment is modern and spacious. Armin was a great host always responding to any questions. Would recommend if visiting Graz!

Herbert has been a great host, always available and he recommend us a lot of places to go in the city. The place was very nice, warm, clean, it had all we needed and was very close to the city center (around 15 minutes walking). The parking spot where we left the car was also very close to the apartment. I recommend it for short stays, definitely would go back.

The apartment had a wonderful balcony that looked out into a courtyard where you could sit and drink coffee and eat your meals. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed for the month that we stayed. It was a 15min walk from the city centre and close to lots of buses to get to anywhere you needed to go. The apartment is on the top most floor and there is no elevator so keep that in mind if you have challenges with mobility (we liked the exercise, so it was no issue for us). The host was also very quick to respond and was very helpful.
