I Recomend this place ! Amazing views ! Close to everything on the east side of the Island .

Our stay was very nice! The check in process was very easy and clear. The condo was very clean and the view was beautiful! The master bedroom was very comfortable. The guest room was spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We will definitely come back again!

Lisa Thank you for being so responsive with us. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location was 10 stars. The A.C. Was sooo cold , we loved it! In our 2 nights we made dinner at the condo and went out to dinner with 2 minutes walk to an amazing restaurant. We WILL return Thank you

Great place, great location, and great amenities!

Berniece’s place matched the expectations from the listing. She was very tentative from beginning to end answering any questions that arose. The location was nice and private from a gated parking to a gated entrance to the apartment. The pool looked nice and clean (we did not get to utilize this amenity due to our jam packed schedule). The beach was gorgeous within walking distance and Berniece supplied the apartment with beach equipment which was thoughtful. My main recommendation would be a new mattress and pillows (they deflated as soon as you laid on them) as the current one is as very firm even with the added foam topper. Thank you Berniece for the awesome stay!

Beautiful, breathtaking views from this property!

My sister in law and I stayed here for two weeks to celebrate our turning 70 this year and escape the Ohio weather! Reserving a place to stay is always a bit unnerving for me, this one exceeded my expectations. Besides the most beautiful view you called ever want, we felt safe being a gated community is great! The location is within walking distance to a few restaurants shops and kayak tours of the bioluminescent bay. Will note though that we didn’t walk there at night, there’s a decent stretch of dark road and we both felt it would be fine however why risk it, we had a car! The location to get to the ferry is so good too, we took three trips to Vieques and Culebra. Visited so many beaches and they all were different in some way but all magnificent! Returning “home” after each outing was great because this unit is so light, bright and tastefully decorated. Just now got to thinking that we never once turned on the large screen tv 😊 We❤️ 🇵🇷

Danny was an exceptional host. He was very responsive and was able to answer any questions we had during our stay. The home was beautiful. Directly on the water, great beach out front. The water was a little rough when we were there but we spent hours just walking and collecting seaglass (one of the best places on the island to do this). The from patio on the home was very relaxing to spend time on. Plenty of furniture & privacy accompanied with a wonderful ocean breeze and sounds of crashing waves made it really something special for us. The inside of the home definitely feels like an island. Nice open concept with plenty of windows and fans keeping the place nice and cool. The bed was plenty comfy (we did steal a couple of the large day bed lounger pillows to accompany us at night)and the bureau and storage spaces were adequate. The bathroom was clean, shower was great (but we really enjoyed the outside shower). The kitchen are was perfect! We will definitely return, thank you Danny!

We were in awe when we arrived. This place is absolutely beautiful! Couldn't ask for a better location. The house was super clean, comfortable, and beautiful! We spent a lot of time on the big porch. We asked for the additional air conditioner in the 3rd bedroom and we were glad that we did. Alicia and her husband were wonderful! They greeted us and helped us with our luggage. She gave us great tips on restaurants and we loved every suggestion! They were even so gracious to transport our luggage back to the car rental when we left (7 people filled the rental car and we had no room for luggage!) Much appreciated! Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Sand beachfront. We can’t wait to come back and we’re already talking about our next trip. The views are breathtaking and unbeatable. The private pool is a wonderful luxury and we felt right at home. We had one very small hiccup of not having any trash bags and they quickly rectified the issue with clear and easy communication. We would recommend this to anyone.

Glenda/Robert are the best hosts! They were always so responsive to my messages. The home was immaculate and the cleanest I have seen in an Airbnb as it was spotless. I would rate this 10+ stars. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. You definitely will not go wrong with staying here. Having air conditioning throughout the entire home was great. The beds/pillows were comfortable. Two bathrooms with hot water for showers was awesome! Also, they have added a lot of extras to their rental such as: kitchen utensils, real glasses, nice kitchen appliances, lock and lock storage containers, new non stick pans, and cleaning supplies. In addition, having a washer/dryer with all the beach goodies (cooler, chairs. and towels) was a bonus! Outside, there is family seating to enjoy the outdoors Additionally, the driveway is secure and gated. This was by far the best Airbnb that I have ever experienced with my family! Make sure you book this one fast and ENJOY!

We had such a wonderful stay at Coconut Cay! The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Photos are accurate, and check-in was easy. The pool/back patio area was our favorite place to hang out--how wonderful it was to see and hear the ocean all the time! We appreciated the cool and quiet A/C in the bedrooms, and loved the ocean breezes that flowed through the rest of the house. As others have mentioned, some of the fixtures show evidence of exposure to the salt, but hey, what do you expect from a house that's right on the beach? We loved our stay on Vieques at Coconut Cay, and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Hacienda Perseverance was just what we were looking for during our stay! We enjoyed the peaceful location, the pool to cool off, the stunning balcony views to enjoy our morning coffee, and pool and ping pong to keep our kids entertained. Access to a washer and dryer and items to use for a beach day were things we didn’t know how much we needed! Some of the homes surrounding Jose’s place aren’t well kept, but don’t let it alarm you as you drive in for the first time as it’s not an indicator of what you’ll experience for your stay. Jose, the cleaning and maintenance crew were super responsive to any questions and always helpful. Jose also provided great tips before and during our stay that helped us create the trip we wanted. Definitely book Jose’s place; you won’t be disappointed.

We loved our stay at ISOLA. It’s a great house right on Sea Glass beach. We could watch the sunset everyday from to patio and pool. It’s quiet except for the frogs that come out at night…but you can hear the waves. There was an a/c unit in both the loft and the bedroom along with fans. The beds were really comfortable. You can walk into Isabel, but we spent most days driving 20 min to the Esperanza side for a more beachy vibe. The beaches on the Caribbean are stunning. We are at Duffy’s and Bananas several times. Don’t miss Playa Media Luna and Caracas beaches, and you will want a car to get around…preferably 4 wheel drive b/c most of the roads to get to the further beaches are in rougher shape. We stayed a week and fell in love with Vieques. The house had 2 camp chairs and 1 beach chair that we took with us each day. The umbrella post was broken. There were also some small coolers and a beach bag for the beach. Helen was very responsive when we needed the fridge fixed.

Great stay in a peaceful neighborhood in Vieques. Host very responsive and helpful. Great views and easy to get to various parts of the island. would highly recommend to anyone heading to the area. Do make sure to rent and or 4wd car NOT a golf cart- house on steep hill

I did not want to leave! The view was so beautiful and being able to lay in the maca was perfect. The apartment was clean, spacious and everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Gracias!

This is a beautiful condo in Fajarda in the Dos Marinas tower two. Balcony has gorgeous views both from the private balcony, and the front door balcony. Very secure location with excellent security protocols, easy parking, beautiful huge swimming pool. The condo itself is well equipped with cooking apparel, linens, towels, beach gear, etc. The host was proactive and shared important details with us to make check-in and use of the apartment easy and peaceful. We loved visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. Fajardo, where this airbnb is located, is a perfect location for exploring many activities, the beach and snorkeling trips are minutes away, many delicious restaurants are nearby, and other areas such as the Cieba ferry to Vieques or Culebra, or El Yunque rainforest are short drives away. Access to Fajardo from San Juan's airport is an easy 45-minute drive. Highly Recommend!

I had the most amazing stay at Amy's apartment, which was spacious and well-equipped, I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, near the water with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains, which I really love about nature. I couldn’t stop taking videos of the views. I would wake up early to catch the sunrise and I loved it so much. Both the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely stunning! At night I would sit in the balcony and listen to the ocean breeze. I enjoyed everything about the place. The natural lighting and ocean sounds make the space feel so peaceful, while the winds keep it cool and comfortable. I honestly didn’t even have to use the ac barely used the fan as the wind kept it cool.

10/10! We LOVED staying here and hope to return for an extended stay in the future. The pools are amazing and right next to the beach, and right below the condo, plus the walk to the resort area is so quick. Everything was just SO easy! Tom was super responsive and helpful! Can't recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander’s place. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location close to the rain forest and right on the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were perfect and we spent part of each day enjoying the beach and waves. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve seen. We would definitely stay again. THANKS!

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here - we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The views from the balcony were our favorite part! Harold was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was an excellent host. Would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!
