Vacation rentals with a patio in Esperanza

We enjoyed 4 weeks stay in the bright apartment with beautiful terrace with great views of the sea and the countryside. The beds were comfortable, the clean bathroom a little small and in the kitchen everything necessary was available. The Internet was very fast. There were occasional power outages, which is common in Puerto Rico. Daniela was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The rooftop was absolutely incredible, offering breathtaking views that made for the perfect spot to relax. The space was beautifully furnished, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

The apartment was exactly as described. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but still walkable to the restaurants on the malecon. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great! It had everything needed to enjoy the beaches including beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. The back terrace was very enjoyable for relaxing after a day at the beaches. Highly recommend renting a car to enjoy. the whole island!

Great stay at Kesil’s place! She was very responsive and the whole process went smooth. The fridge was stocked with beverages which we appreciated after a long day. The place was as described, very clean, and had a fabulous view.

5 of us stayed here for my son's wedding on Sun Bay Beach. The location was walkable to the town area for restaurants and bars and there was a little store right around the corner for anything that you might need. We did rent a golf cart and checked out several of the beaches. Miguel who met us was great and lives right across the street and is a wealth of knowledge. We spent many nights sitting on the porch just looking up at the sky. If we ever go back to Vieques, we would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria’s private penthouse home. Victoria was an amazing host and super helpful and responsive. The home was absolutely amazing. Extremely comfortable for our family weekend getaway with everything we needed to feel right at home. The top level outdoor area was incredible and provided a wonderful private space to hang out and enjoy the amazing beauty of the local area. The views are absolutely stunning. In every way, the home was perfectly set up with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The care that was taken to create a beautiful getaway was impressive. We absolutely have to go back and next time we want to stay much longer. So much to explore within 30-40 minutes and we only scratched the surface! Thank you Victoria for an amazing weekend.

Highly recommend!!!! Very clean!! Close to airport and ferry. The apt was absolutely perfect. Very safe neighborhood. Gated parking on premises. Host was always responsive and very helpful. Perfect place.

We had a great stay at Bob’s place! He met us at check in, gave us a brief overview of the apartment and of things to do, it was a nice welcome. The place itself was exactly what we hoped for. Nice, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Nydia’s was very relaxing. It was nice to have a second bathroom for the 4 of us. The kitchen was clean and functional. The air conditioning worked well and it was great to have a washing machine and dryer for our 5 day stay. Mostly we enjoyed that we were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the transport to the Mosquito Bay bioluminescence evening tour. Lastly Nydia was very responsive in communicating with us.

Incredible home to stay at while in Vieques. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Beautiful views, very large pool and stocked fully with beach gear. Outside space was a fantastic area to spend time comfortably, shaded with steady breezes and no issues with mosquitos at all. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Our stay was perfect. This Airbnb is beautiful, very well taken care of and managed. It has everything you need to enjoy your time on Vieques! They send out detailed notes of things to see and do, restaurants, transportation services etc. The notes for checking in and out were also detailed and easy to understand. They provided a variety of coffee, creamer, sugars, tea and even some snacks (which was an amazing surprise when we arrived hungry). They were kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early so we didn’t have to haul luggage around. It is within walking distance from the ferry and there is a grocery store about 3 blocks away to get the essentials for your stay. Several restaurants also within walking distance. We will keep this gem in our Airbnb list for our next visit to Vieques. Thank you for making our first trip to Vieques memorable.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Vieques! The house itself was lovely, and the pool was warm and inviting—we used it constantly. But the real highlight? The breathtaking views alone were worth $10 million! For the price we paid, we felt this rental was a great value. The island is absolutely stunning, with so much to see and do. Barbara, the property manager, was fantastic—always responsive and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. The only minor drawbacks were the mosquitoes in the back bedroom (despite keeping the door shut all day, they still found their way in at night) and the fact that there was only one remote for the front gate. If you're traveling with two cars, it takes some coordination to get in and out. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vieques!

The apartment is spacious, with nice patio and balcony. Easy walk from the ferry. Google maps provides an inaccurate location for the apartment, so it was difficult to find without help. Recommend having earplugs because you WILL hear roosters and music throughout the night and early morning all across Vieques.

Staying at Rosita’s place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean. It is close to the Ferry if you’re interested in traveling to Culebra or Vieques!! Highly recommended!

I did not want to leave! The view was so beautiful and being able to lay in the maca was perfect. The apartment was clean, spacious and everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Gracias!

Great place, centrally located for what we wanted to do. The place is exactly like the pictures. The place had beach chairs, flotters, a little cooler and some toys. The view was so beautiful, we did not want to leave. Mandy was always quick to respond. Perfect place, perfect host.

Beautiful place with amazing views! Felt safe & secure, and the host was extremely responsive! Close to the marina for all water-related adventures and less than an hour away from El Yunque which was beautiful to hike through. It is definitely away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan, but that is also only an hour away.

Didnt disappoint. Sometimes you are unsure about what you are walking into, but the descriptions n quality were spot on. Feels like your are right at home and vacation all in one. Nice to have so many extras available when going to the beach, from chairs to umbrella to coolers n towels. Thanx again, my family will definitely use your home again

We loved Mary's condo and will be back! Wish we would have spent more time on the rooftop porch. This was our 3rd time in Luquillo and 2nd at Punta Bandera. This condo is as advertised and Mary is both responsive and helpful. Richie and Angela

Here to echo the rest of the 5-star reviews! Theres nothing that beats the 19th floor view of Plaza de Azul! Clean, comfortable well-stocked apartment. Working AC, washer dryer came in handy during the week. While we were there there was one new elevator while the second was being worked on. It was never a long wait to travel up and down. Access to the beach and pool were blocked also due to work, so we had to walk through the parking lot to the gate. A minor inconvenience to the beautiful beach that stretched all the way down to La Pared. Spend time in the Luquillo plaza! Walking distance via beach or road - such a lively fun place.
