Monthly Rentals in Edinburgh

Lynne’s place is great for a stay in Edinburgh. I spent 3 weeks here and had everything I needed. The apartment is well setup and has comfortable furniture for a long stay. It’s a great location on Rose Street so lots of shops and pubs nearby, but still quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Perfectly located right off Grassmarket with a beautiful view of the castle! Just a few minutes walk to Victoria Street, Grassmarket, Greyfriars, and the Royal Mile. The place is stocked with essentials (extra toiletries, blankets, books, maps, phone chargers, pantry items, etc.) and has everything needed to make you feel at home. Dave provided a great document with very clear directions, instructions, and recommendations. He also took care to stock the kitchen with fresh food essentials so we would have what we needed when we arrived. 10/10 recommend!

We have stayed in quite a few Airbnb and hotels across the UK and they have all exceeded our expectations in service accommodation and everything else. However, this place was something else! it was absolutely beautiful and the best thing about it - it comes with Judy who went above and beyond. Genuinely do not have a single negative thing to say - the only thing is I wished I could have stayed longer haha. The views, the shops, the community, the accommodation 10 out 10. We were anxious about not having the car with us but the bus stops are literally right outside and take you straight into the city centre. The accommodation is literally a home away from home. Comfortable beds, a large bathtub, plenty of space and rooms. Beautifully decorated. Phenomenal place and city. This is a personal thank you to Judy for making this trip extra special for us 🥰

Nice spacious flat walking distance to old Edinburgh. Paul was communicative, we enjoyed our stay.
