Monthly Rentals in Daytona Beach

Kristen’s apartment was very tastefully decorated, fully equipped and very clean. There was a full fridge, stove & microwave making it possible to cook meals to take breaks from eating out. It was easy to access the beach from the building and it appears to be one of the few buildings that has a working outdoor swimming pool. We enjoyed the week we spent there.

We had a great time in Daytona for Christmas. We were 7 minutes down A1A from where my Uncle lives. We were able to walk to the beach. The home was adorable, and just right for what we needed. Kitchen had a coffee maker, dishes. Bathroom had ample linens, and the cute queen bed in the bedroom was just right. I highly recommend Chris and his homes.

Our host Renee was so sweet and accommodating! We found the place well equipped and had tons of storage areas shelves and baskets. The tv and private internet were great. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. We had lots to keep us busy around the area.

John was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I appreciated the quick response time as well as his concern during the hurricane. Frank’s place is well appointed as well as a lot of space. I will definitely come back!
