Great location. Place was clean and served our purpose well.

If you're in town for something at the Ocean Center, you're right there behind it. Perfect location for downtown Daytona if you prefer to not be right on the beach. Walking distance to the beach, things to do and restaurants. Red Bud Cafe is THE breakfast place...and it's only a half-mile walk. Clean, comfortable location with your own covered parking in back.

Great location for anything in Daytona beach with plenty of amenities. Room was updated recently and was very clean. Robert was great to deal with prior to check in. Always prompt with his responses.

Racheal was extremely helpful even before check in!! The area was very nice and the building was clean and staff were friendly. The room itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! There were a few places that could use a paint touch up or repair, but honestly I expect that from high tourist areas like Daytona (some people just don’t know how to respect other peoples property!). The only true downfall of the room was the bathroom size, which I understand can’t be helped. Although it is updated and clean, there’s no room to change and barely room to open/shut the bathroom door without having to step into the shower. The room itself is beautiful, the balcony is nice and the area, even though it is quite central, is quiet. I was honestly surprised at how peaceful the beach was for it being the middle of June!! It was never too crowded or rowdy! All in all, I highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect stay for a home away from home!

I was a little hesitant before checking in because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I opened the door I was wowed by the nice decor, super cleanliness and all the amenities and comforts in the unit. The beds were very comfortable, a ton of drawer space and the unit itself was very roomy. We had plenty of towels, including pool towels. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus!! The property is great if you come with kids. It’s huge! Common areas were very clean and well maintained. Resort communication was amazing; everyday I would receive a text with activities going on throughout the day. Property was in a perfect location! We booked this last minute and were so thankful it was available. Rob and Julia were quick to respond when I had any questions and were very nice. Will definitely come back!!!

It was perfect. Needed a quick day at the beach and get our feet in the sand, during a crazy busy soccer schedule and work schedule. We will be back 🤩 Thank you 🤩🌼

Quaint little spot ..spotlessly clean ..& cleaned everyday ! Easy check in with door key code provided via excellent communications Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the pool excellent location for activities in New Smyrna Beach, space coast beaches & golf & publix grocery less than 2 miles away Room has mini fridge microwave & coffee maker. Perfect set up Dated ..perhaps ..but squeaky clean & safe. Was fun place .. Slept great. Great value. 5 ⭐️’s

Ocean Walk is a great place to stay in Daytona, especially if you are there for an event. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The pools are big and the beach is right out the back door. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The place was beautiful. Felt right at home! Would love to use for our annual trip!!

Awesome little resort in a great area. Staff was great, Johnny especially was nice when my grandson was ill. The villa was super clean and had everything we needed and it was all new!

This place was perfect for spending a couple days on the beach. Everything was walkable and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean.

Ashley was a great host! Ashley responded quickly and was very clear and concise. We loved the convenience of this room. You are only seconds away from your vehicle on the second floor. We loved the backdoor out to the courtyard, beautiful view! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Lots of restaurants and only minutes to Daytona International Speedway. We had the best time 😁

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our one night stay close enough to everything with a short Uber ride but far away that we weren’t kept up by the big party happening down the way. We really appreciated the futon being put together for us when we got there! Overall I would definitely stay again!!

I mainly spoke to Daniel (co-host) and he was always quick to respond. We came in town earlier than expected and I was able to add a day which I greatly appreciated! The resort is right on the beach which helps with costly beach pricing. Everything you can need is literally right across the street including an amazing bar and grill with amazing food. The building has some amenities that are not functional due to hurricane damage and this was well communicated ahead of time. Very fair priced considering and still worth the stay! Would absolutely list with Carlos and Daniel again!

The scent of incense and sounds of the fountains upon entering were amazing! The room was spacious and the walk out balcony was peaceful. Breakfast was good and fresh. Coffee was excellent.

Love the fountain I have stayed there for years but never through Airbnb. Really liked I could get in a little early and it was separate from the hotel itself as far as housekeeping and front desk felt more private that way. Randolph was very accommodating and I loved there were so many towels. Great space will definitely be back.
