The place is amazing and Paolo is a great host, along with his family. The real Italian experience, friendly, warmful and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We cannot recommend it enough!

Walter's apartment was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. he was super friendly and kind to us and even met us at the bottom hill at san miniato as I was too injured to walk the rest. his apartment is newly renovated and he is so thoughtful and leaves food, beer biscuits etc for his guests. the view from the balcony of the town and mountains is something special, we kept the window open for mos of our stay! the next day his lovely dad even dropped us of at the start of the hike, we could not have asked for a better host

the house is located in a small village in Tuscany, in a central but extremely quiet location. All the comforts you can think of are present, and the hosts are very available: we had difficulty with GPS but with a call everything was resolved immediately! the house is very cozy and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended both as a village itself and as a starting point for visiting nearby cities, avoiding the chaos of the most touristic cities/villages (always if equipped with a car)!

The apartment is very light and spacious, it felt like home straight away. The centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a local supermarket 5 minutes away. We loved the apartment, the high ceilings, interesting artwork and the overall feel. We have no hesitation to highly recommend this apartment, it's beautiful
