It is a comfortable apartment on the ground floor, capacity 5 or 6 people and, ideal if you have children or older adults. It has WiFi Netflix DIRECTV garage for one vehicle and electric doorman. Housing strategically located one block from the Remigio Crespo and 1 square from C-TRES Residential neighborhood but that in its surroundings has everything to make your stay perfect. We are just a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Historic Center. there is a sofa bed with mattress for the 6th person

Departamento estilo moderno muy iluminado y ventilado, cerca de todo completamente equipado, localización perfecta a pocas cuadras del río Tomebamba y del Parque el Paraiso, para disfrutar de la naturaleza, excelente sector de Cuenca, excelentes vías de acceso, cerca de parques y áreas deportivas, juegos, lugares turísticos, 1 habitaciones cómoda, sala, comedor, cocina equipada, lavandería, 1 baño completo, estacionamiento. Restaurantes, fruteria y tienda justo al frente... etc.
