Housing strategically located one block from the Remigio Crespo and 1 square from C-TRES Residential neighborhood but that in its surroundings has everything to make your stay perfect. We are just a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Historic Center. there is a sofa bed with mattress for the 6th person

Departamento estilo moderno muy iluminado y ventilado, cerca de todo completamente equipado, localización perfecta a pocas cuadras del río Tomebamba y del Parque el Paraiso, para disfrutar de la naturaleza, excelente sector de Cuenca, excelentes vías de acceso, cerca de parques y áreas deportivas, juegos, lugares turísticos, 1 habitaciones cómoda, sala, comedor, cocina equipada, lavandería, 1 baño completo, estacionamiento. Restaurantes, fruteria y tienda justo al frente... etc.
