The apartment is very comfortable, with a good distribution of spaces and has all the inputs for a short or long stay. It is located in a very quiet area facing the river, about 15 minutes from the historic center by car. We had a very pleasant experience, good treatment and attention. We recommend this space for large groups.

The apartment was wonderful. Very spacious with all the amenities. The neighborhood is calm and quiet with few restaurants around. The downtown area, El Centro, is not too far by taxi but quite a distance if you want to walk. Cuenca is a very nice walkable city if you live walking. Daniela, the manager was helpful in answering all questions.

My husband and I own an apartment in this building and love it here. We were happy to find this apartment in the building when we had a new floor put in and had to be out of our apartment for 5 days. Eliana communicated well with us and we enjoyed our stay. She was very responsive to a recommendation we made also. This is a very nice apartment and location.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at William's place in Cuenca. He's a gracious host and you know he's ready and willing to help should the need arise. The apartment is spotless, exactly as represented and you can tell a great deal of pride goes into taking care of it. Walkable area not far from a grocery, public market, and local tiendas as well as restaurants and bars. Only a couple of blocks from the river and it's miles of scenic pathways or a stop on the Tranvia. All and all, hard to go wrong staying here and would happily do so again.

Good location and quiet residential area!

We stayed in Anthony's place for a month and enjoyed it! The apartment is on the 8th floor and has great views to the city. Very comfortable. The building is modern, has 24h security, a small gym and power generators (in case of outages). There is a laundry too. The area is secure and quiet. There are a big supermarket (Coral) and a tram station nearby (the trip to the center of Cuenca takes about 15 minutes). Anthony is a great host. I recommend this place!

An excellent host Lia, completely at ease in her beautiful Ciudad de Cuenca. I help us in the guide to visit tourist places, always attentive to help us in our stay. I hope I have the opportunity to be back sometime. A place with security above all, close to places we might require, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. I highly recommend it!!

Excellent place very cozy and well located close to restaurants of varied food, pharmacies and everything you might need. The kitchen, its decor, and the view is a movie. Out there maybe some cold at night, but the heater they include and the extra blankets a 1000. I recommend it!

Thank you to Rosa and Antonio for the lovely stay. Rosa & Antonio were very supportive and responsive whenever we needed something. The casita has everything you need for a short stay and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated the use of the laundry machine and the small gym/exercise area. You are a short 5-10 minute walk to most of the old town, a 2 minute walk from one of the main markets, just off the main tram, and a an easy and affordable taxi to anyonewhere else you wish to go.
