Monthly Rentals in Cowpet Bay

My wife and I had a great stay. The unit was large and very well appointed with great amenities! We had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen made it difficult to go out, to the two nice restaurants on the property. The only thing between the beach and the condo is beautiful pool area. We loved the beach, which is private, quiet, with great swimming and snorkeling. We visited some of the well-known beaches in the area but enjoyed the private beach just as well! There towels were plentiful and nice and fresh, and there was very nice snorkeling gear provided. The unit was squeaky clean, which we really appreciated.

We had a great 1 week stay at Jeffrey's place! The rental was spacious & comfortable, and the view on the patio was beautiful - perfect for coffee or happy hour. We loved watching boats cruise into Red Hook. It's a good value & a really nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. A nice perk was being able to buy ice from the office for this community of buildings. We pack a cooler most days that was a huge win for us. Note for you light sleepers (like me): you will hear people walking upstairs + neighborhood roosters early every morning. My deep-sleeping husband was completely unaffected. 😂

I loved this unit!! Beautifully renovated, great location and view. I've stayed in other buildings/units in Sapphire Village Condos and this one really stood out. Thomas was friendly and helpful and the check in/out process was a breeze. I'll definitely rent this unit again next time I'm on island. Thank you Tommy and Tonya!! :)

If you are looking for a great place to stay on St. Thomas, LOOK NO FURTHER! This home was exactly as described with so many amenities. It literally had everything we needed both for the beach (with great beach chairs and snorkeling equipment) and for eating in (pots and pans, cooking equipment). There were games that we enjoyed playing around the table on the back porch as we were able to watch the boats come and go as well as listen to the sounds of the ocean. It was such an open floor plan where our family of 5 were able to both spend time together, but have space individually as well. Plenty of room for us to eat together and play games. Waking up to the sun coming up over the horizon, watching the boats bobbing back and forth in the bay was absolutely gorgeous. Being steps from the water was fantastic as well and the fact that you could be in the ocean or in the pool was great. I was super skeptical when booking as we had never been here before, but we were so pleased!
