We really loved how welcoming and accommodating they were. Tiffany and her husband were both pleasant people to talk to, and really helpful when we had questions or needed something. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great quiet home in the suburbs of kill devil hills! great place for a weekend or week getaway trip with your significant other or friends! Richard was a great host and went out of his way to help me surprise my girlfriend with decorations in the house! 10/10 would rent again, high recommend

Our stay was nice and relaxing. Gia communicated with us before and through our stay. Even giving great power points on the dos and don’ts of the OBX. Parking down the driveway and having to walk up the steep hill was not a highlight that hill is a workout. Outside of that definitely worth the stay.

My husband and I and our two dogs just stayed at Matt’s home for a week. It was absolutely wonderful, and he could not have been a better host! It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, with beds made beautifully, super comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We loved the layout of the house, and used both the front deck and screened porch, where you can listen to the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to dine in! He even had a Brita filter. Great shower and laundry downstairs and a spicket for sandy paws as well 😊 It’s conveniently located within walking distance to a nice beach access, and centrally located in OBX. The house is in a special little quiet nook, which we loved. Matt was great with communication, and was so kind and helpful. Our favorite tour and meal were one’s he suggested. Thank you so much, Matt! We were so sad to leave, but are looking forward to staying again! Very happy to have found this wonderful gem - A+ all the way around!
