Monthly Rentals in Chiavari

Until June it is possible to park for free near the building. The garbage cans are in the courtyard and thereis enough. The area is quiet and a 10-minute walk to the train station. As soon as you leave there is a vegetable grocer and a great pizzeria in front. Katia was very kind as was the owners.

Our stay at Daniela’s beautiful apartment was nothing short of magical. The place is an actual dream. The views from the apartment might be the best in the entire city. You have views of TWO churches from your windows and terrace. The apartment across the way has a beautiful garden which makes you feel closer to the ground when you are so high! A garden in the sky! The design of the apartment is like a time capsule, transporting you to a more romantic time. Every detail of the house is impeccable. I wish I could stay forever. The area is absolutely perfect also. A bar/coffee shop on the ground floor, the sweetest people who live in the town, a few minutes walk to the train station and right in the middle of Positano AND cinque Terre. So happy I found this place and got to stay here. Daniela, thank you so much for hosting us.

Elisa is wonderful host! Her kindness and helpfulness was more than I could ask and that make the trip lots of easier. Apartment is just like in the pictures and suites well longer visit also. Thanks again Elisa!

Pietro is a very responsive host for this well-located, tiny place. We loved being there, and tried to be good tenants. Since we were there for a longer while, we filled in a few basics as well to make our stay work. The internet worked very well compared to other Air B&Bs. The markets nearby are wonderful, and everything we could want was walkable, including the train station, the other squares and palazzo areas, churches, shops and restaurants. We attended events at the nearby auditorium, making ourselves at home. The lack of a dryer line was unfortunate, but we managed to slide in the indoor drying rack between the kitchen table and the door. It worked!
