Yenny's apartment is in a nice residential area near a shopping center/ supermarket and bus stop to easily get around the points of interest, the building and the area is quite safe, polite neighbors who respect rest times. This has all the amenities advertised and is fully equipped, it is worth highlighting the cleanliness 100 points. Yenny is a very kind/attentive and polite person, he was always available, he welcomed me at the agreed schedule giving me recommendations for my stay. Thank you so much for your willingness. This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Impeccable stay: the house is characterized by large spaces with the super cozy and enveloping living area on the ground floor with the presence of a wood-burning fireplace that heated the two rainy evenings; the kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom with a wonderful walk-in shower. On the first floor, the 4 bedrooms are spacious, essential but cozy and the second bathroom with a very comfortable shower. Everything is very well cared for and clean. Alberto was an extremely helpful host, he accompanied us this weekend with his never intrusive presence and his kindness and empathy. Very thoughtful even in the evening, he responded promptly to our needs. The quiet and reserved location, away from the confusion.. l Highly recommended !!!
