Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

Rodrigo was always attentive, answered our questions promptly. When we need an umbrella, the caretaker Raí did his best and lent us a parasol, which served us ksksksks. The apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean. Well located, it is very close to the beach and market. Nice and cozy beach, even in the high season.

The stay was wonderful! The house is complete and close to the beach of Tabatinga, within walking distance. The only difficulty is the very bumpy street, but just go slowly that it's all right! We love staying there and we will definitely come back more often !

The very clean apartment has no mold, which for me is essential. Colchoes comfortavies, comfortable sofa, excellent showers. External dependencies cleaned daily. The traditional coffee bottle was missing, we do not usually use coffee maker, but nothing to discard the apartment. All is great.
