Apartment vacation rentals in São Paulo

My friends and I came to São Paulo for the very first time, and we booked an 8 day stay with Ana. We chose the place based on the photos that we had seen, but we were anxious about the location because we were unfamiliar with it. The neighborhood, as it turns out, is a newer development within the area of Morumbi, a fairly safe and regularly patrolled area. The apartment complex is fenced by high walls, and features a double barrier gate entryway that is staffed 24-7. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and offers all the comforts needed for an extended stay - refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, washer & dryer, and trash disposal is located in the garage. The master bedroom features air conditioning while the other rooms have ceiling fans. During our stay, we were able to enjoy living like kings. Notably, pharmacies and convenience stores are only a few blocks away but restaurants would require delivery or an Uber to get to them.

This was our second time hosting this property, and it will always be our first option for upcoming trips! Easy access, very well located, close to all the exits of São José (Max 2min), in front of the mall hills, access to places for very fast walking. The apartment is perfect for those traveling with max 3-4 people (2 bedrooms), bathrooms and very good living room. The condominium has 24-hour security, and also has an excellent gym and swimming pool. We do not use the kiosks, but it appears with a complete structure. Parking is also very good, easy maneuver and close to the elevators. Access to Carol (co-host) is always very easy. Always helpful and very polite.

It was a wonderful accommodation, clean, organized, spacious and complete property (all household utensils). Air-conditioning functioning perfectly and good pressure in the showers. Larissa is an excellent hostess, always responding to messages quickly. Super recommend it!

Extremely comfortable building, it met the needs for 2 people very well. Extremely privileged location and super complete and functional furniture. The only point of attention is related to the lack of an air-conditioning, which would certainly bring more comfort to these days intense heat.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

I chose the accommodation because it was close to my job. The location was great. Supermarket around the corner and all the people in the house were very friendly. In addition, it helped me a lot to have a washing machine in the accommodation. If I work there again, I would choose the place again.

From the beginning Camila was super helpful and kind. I was going on vacation, so he offered to arrive earlier, even though I didn't make it. The apartment is gorgeous, super quiet and ventilated, so much so that we don't even use air conditioning. It looked like the Northeast Wind! Super recommend!

An exceptional lodging!! I already know the condominium and is often 8 years old , but it was the first time I stayed in this apartment. the experience was amazing. very well equipped apartment, new , everything clean and smelling. Paulo gave us full attention and always very kind. We were allowed to anticipate check-in . We felt at home . Everything is very thoughtful and elaborate for excellent lodging. My family and I love it.
