We love the stay. Everything is clean and organized. The apartment a well ventilated delight close to everything! We will definitely return more often!

the 9-day estuary and everything rolled perfectly. Sandy responded quickly when we had any questions. We were left an excellent breakfast to begin with, as we arrived at the hour and dawn with the suoer closed, which is an important detail to highlight and value. O apé is something dark, the breadth of the kitchen is of the rooms contrasts a little with the living room that is small. is the only thing I would doubt about coming back...the rest of it all wonderful!.

The barbecue on the balcony is a charm aside. Excellent Wi-Fi. Restaurant, ice-cetaker and barzinhos very close by. Cozy bed, has microwave, fridge, oven. All the best! Very beautiful and cozy space, I felt super at ease. I went alone on this trip and the ap supplied me well, it is a medium and very functional space, with necessary equipment (stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, etc.). I did everything on foot, close to market, restaurant, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, bakery. Very safe,quiet, clean and organized. Simone is a sweetheart, received me super well, indicated places, was very attentive. The staff and residents of the very educated building, the caretaker is a sympathy in person. My stay was very happy, I was super satisfied. I definitely recommend the apartment and the neighborhood are a beauty and Simone is very welcoming.

Rafael's apartment is very nice!! Best of all is the upstairs that has the Jacuzzi, barbecue and everything we need regarding the kitchen! Many restaurants nearby and many very good options in ifood too! I had a mishap with the general key and Rafael did his best to help me! I highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay for 2 days. The environment was extremely clean, pleasant and well cared for, with all the comfort I expected. The smell of cleanliness and organization impressed us a lot. Also, the space was exactly like the listing photos, which made me very pleased. I would definitely recommend it and I will return when possible.

From the beginning Camila was super helpful and kind. I was going on vacation, so he offered to arrive earlier, even though I didn't make it. The apartment is gorgeous, super quiet and ventilated, so much so that we don't even use air conditioning. It looked like the Northeast Wind! Super recommend!
