Apartment vacation rentals in São Paulo

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

Great! The apartment was wonderful because we needed to spend a period of 2 weeks and took care of us perfectly. There is a market in front of the building and for those who like to cook is a differential. The leisure structure is very good. Everything very good!

I went to work but I had to take my little son (1 year). Great apartment with super-equipped kitchen, ample space for children and with protection screens making me safer. Juceli always attentive and answers any questions quickly. I recommend and I will stay again if I need you again.

New apartment, foot in the sand! Completely! Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Air-conditioning throughout the space! Wonderful view! Ideal for those looking for tranquility, peace, but not opening up comfort in a good accommodation. Apartment also close to the mall and to great restaurants. Impeccable beach service with plenty of space. We went with a 2 year old son of ours and for having the tent, it made a lot of difference. Super recommend Flávia's apartment! Great hostess, responds quickly and has been attentive with us since booking. I'll come back more often!

Our stay was great. Otima location, it's very fast to get to usp. Otima Segurança. House well comforted.

The apartment is well clean, organized and offers a great value for money. The location is excellent, with several options of bars and restaurants nearby, which makes the region always bustling. Despite this, the apartment is super quiet inside — you can't hear the noise of the street, even at night. Although small, it can easily accommodate up to 4 people. It was a great stay!

Carlos was very helpful and polite, the accommodation was impeccable is the second time we stayed on site, and the transfer service to the hotel is a differential for every guest who has a scheduled flight

First to Nádia, always attentive. The impeccable room. Perfect hotel, good food, lots of things to do in there and very close to the Thermas of the Laranjais park. Voltaria, no problem, no problem.

I had a great stay at Rafael’s apartment. It is well located, very comfortable, and the jacuzzi area upstairs is awesome. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

The place is beautiful, but the entrance needs some improvements. When it has a beautiful view, but it needed some maintenance. The curtain had a part off the track and the lights on the internal balance of the room were not working. I would make some improvements such as rugs around the bed to bring more comfort. But the hosting was excellent.

We made a great choice, the structure of the accommodation exempts any kind of comment, simply exceptional! An exceptional lodging!! I already know the condominium and is often 8 years old , but it was the first time I stayed in this apartment. the experience was amazing. very well equipped apartment, new , everything clean and smelling. Paulo gave us full attention and always very kind. We were allowed to anticipate check-in . We felt at home . Everything is very thoughtful and elaborate for excellent lodging. My family and I love it.
