The only negative point, but nothing that gets in the way, is the delay to check in, as there is only 1 person collecting the information of all the guests arriving in the condominium, forming a large queue to enter.

On arrival we found the house a little dusty and strong smelling of mold in the cupboards. We immediately communicated the owners who promptly made available a diarist to give a general one. Besides that, the experience was really good. The apartment is well located in the Itaguá neighborhood, the neighborhood is not noisy and the atmosphere is extremely familiar. The gated condominium with 24h condominium provides a sense of security during the stay. We would return to staying in this location.

Outdoor area (delicious pool and barbecue) wonderful, neat, clean and functional. Rooms with great mattresses and pillows. Sala we barely use, but functional and practical. Kitchen has a lot of utensils, but it lacks some organization, it was a little messy, so it was hard to find some things. But new fridge, horizontal freezer, pretty cool. Bathroom of the great suite, the one in the other two bedrooms the box is very small. Easy access but far from the famous beaches of São Sebastião. Simply incredible homemade Maria! I highly recommend it!

Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of the grandma houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and a very quiet neighborhood. We were discovering many beaches and walks around and Marcos indicated many others as well. Locals were still to be visited in the city of Ubatuba and we will once again stay with Marcos to meet them. You can take it easy! Great stay.

The space is how it is in the listing, very well equipped, utensils and appliances helped a lot. The house accommodated very well our group of 10 people. I really like to stay at this point at the beginning of the downtown beach, it is very quiet creates a more pleasant environment than the rest of the beach. I recommend this apartment of Afonso.

Hosts Gisele and André are very caring and kind. From the first contact we answered our questions and were helpful to our needs. The house was properly organized and clean, everything we needed for a stay of 8 adults and 1 child for 4 days was available and the improvement points informed by us were promptly heard and made available to improve for the next stays. The location of the property is easy to walk to Pereque Acu beach (15 minutes walk) and by car easy access to the beachfront (route used to access the other beaches).
