Monthly Rentals in Brákarey

This is the second time we've stayed at Rauðenes, it seems we often bring severe weather with us! We had a great time, Fjola's place is great home base for days out, as well as a cozy place to stay for days in. We had a great time!

Bjarni’s hut was a delight. Beautiful location and all the amenities needed for a self-sufficient stay. Bjarni was very responsive and kind-he even showed me around a tiny chapel that’s nearby so I could enjoy the traditional Icelandic heritage. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed with our two adult children for hunting some northern lights. The accommodation was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. A true recommendation if you look for a private, clean, quiet and modern stay with stunning views. Ragnar was always available and a helpful host.

A lovely, spacious and homely apartment, located on a quiet road near amenities. Perfect location for excursions to the Snæfellsnes peninsula. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable - we had great nights sleep! The kitchen was well equipped. The host was polite and super responsive. Highly recommended!!
