Monthly Rentals in Bird Rock, San Diego

Alexander is a wonderful host. He greeted us and showed us where everything was and how it worked. He also came personally to show me how to work things if I couldn’t figure it out myself. The location is perfect. Steps to the beach and restaurants, but just away enough that it is quiet and parking isn’t a problem. The neighbors are very friendly and made us feel right at home. We hate to leave. Alexander was very kind and let us check out late for our needs. I will come back here again. Thank you Alexander!

This place is great, starting with the A+ location. This guest home is located steps from some of the most spectacular views (and real estate) in the world! It is a short walk to fantastic food and coffee. I know San Diego well and this would be my first choice location. The place is very nicely decorated and squeaky clean. The view of the ocean from the porch is lovely – not an ocean-front view, but you can definitely see the water. And the two beach cruisers (which are in great condition) are an incredible bonus, particularly for exploring the area. Would stay here again in a minute. Only small downside would be if you need more space, it is not a full house. Think hotel suite: bedroom plus a small living room with a small kitchen. Great for a couple, might be okay with one kid. I hate giving this place such a good review, because I’m afraid it will be booked next time I visit.

Stayed for a business trip and meetings at UCSD, my wife came along and we really enjoyed how walkable and peaceful the area was along with a good selection of quality local coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
