Great place right on the beach. It’s small but perfect for what you pay! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

Kostas’s condo was great! The location can’t be beat. Very close to the beach with a great walking path. The condo itself was one of the best Airbnb places that I have stayed in. The kitchen is amazing and incredibly well stocked. The adjustable beds are extremely comfortable. Kostas was very communicative and gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations, many of which are close by. I would definitely stay again!

absolutely sensational view, very cool property, and so many interesting parts of the city were easily walkable. wish we were here in baseball season given the proximity of Petco Park! John was extremely proactive in his communication, the building was going through a management change and their systems were disrupted, he went above and beyond to make sure we had easy access.

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great place to stay with my family for a week while celebrating a wedding. Location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and both the bay side and ocean side beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our needs. The baby gates at each stairway were a very welcomed feature. A large dining table allowed us plenty of space for eating and later playing cards. The house was clean, well stocked and Michael very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we were back that way!

Georgie was truly one of the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb hosts I've ever had. Our family evacuated because of the fires in Los Angeles and Georgie was extremely understanding. The place was newly renovated, quiet and spotless. It was ideal for our family and small dog. The view was stunning and so peaceful to work by. Ocean Beach is a special place and this place is a gem within. Thank you so much Georgie, hope to visit again soon!

We had an amazing time while in San Diego and Adams home was just added to the fun. The rooftop, fire pit and hot tub was fun in the morning, daytime and nighttime. Adam as very responsive to any issues or suggestions. We would gladly come again

Better than beachfront! Jarrod & Maria’s place is a fantastic location and is the best combination of being within steps of the beach but removed enough from all the activity and pedestrian traffic to have some privacy. We had a great time with our two young boys and were so pleased with how well stocked the house was to make it feel like home - eat in, do laundry, and keep our kids busy playing. Great hosts - very proactive & responsive! We hope to visit again!

This house is a great place to stay for an extended visit, as it has all the essentials and a fabulous view. We appreciated the personal welcome we received from the host, as well as the high quality of the kitchen, bath and laundry facilities. Point Loma is accessible to downtown, Coronado, Balboa Park, and the airport. The neighborhood has grocery stores, a movie theatre, restaurants, and waterfront trails. The house is located in a residential area that's quiet during night hours, which makes for a good night's sleep. Although it was too cold to use the outdoor spaces, the two lounge areas and the barbeque would be great for visitors during good weather. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to install blinds in the kitchen and dining room windows. Some type of sun control is needed to make these areas usable during the morning hours, due to the bright sunlight. Window blinds would also provide privacy at night.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is beautifully designed with the perfect configuration, making it both comfortable and practical. The location is unbeatable—literally beachfront! Despite being near the beach parking lot, it was wonderfully calm and undisturbed. Plus, it’s just a peaceful 5-minute walk to the charming city center. And the view from the rooftop.… absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. The house was spotless and came equipped with everything we needed, from silverware to all the essentials, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We already can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem.

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

Spectacular views, clean, convenient, good beds, simple but has great extras, elevator, parking spots, baby equipment. Looking to the next time.

The condo has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the PB pier, dolphins (binocular provided), and the best boardwalk in San Diego. The boardwalk has a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, charming beach houses, and gift shops and it stretches for miles along the ocean. The underground parking was fine for our RAV4 and there is plenty of street parking nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night with respectful neighbors. The jacuzzi was decent with hot water, strong jets, and fits four comfortably. The bed was very comfortable and the firmness can be adjusted. We loved our stay there with the waves soothing us, surfers, sunsets, dolphins, and the best walks by the ocean.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

Our stay was wonderful. You already know from the pictures that the view is amazing, but in person it’s even better. The location was excellent - within walking distance of grocery stores, clothes shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shops, etc. The apartment was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of pillows, towels, and toilet paper. We were greeted with a delightful plate of fresh fruit. Great place in an excellent location.

Swathi was such a great host. The condo was lovely for our family of 4, with unbelievable views and 10 steps to the ocean (our kids counted). We hosted my brother for several dinners and all sat comfortably in the kitchen. Swathi provided everything for a comfortable time at the beach. We did so many activities around San Diego and this was a great place to come home to. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee and happy hour on the balcony, and movies on the couch after the kids went to bed, with the sound of ocean all night. If we visit SD again, we would definitely stay here.

Absolutely beautiful!! We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home! Many delicious restaurants and coffee shops walking distance from the house. Incredible beach views and so close to the beach! It was the perfect vacation and we hope to stay here again soon! The host was very responsive and assisted our needs very quickly! We appreciated the support during our stay and thankful she was so helpful when we had questions! Would 10/10 recommend this home for any vacation on mission beach!

John's condo was very comfortable and inviting. The views from the windows & patio were absolutely gorgeous and it was so relaxing to hear the ocean. Pete (host) was very kind and helpful. Tons of places within walking distance for food & entertainment. People in town are friendly. I would return in a heartbeat & would recommend to a friend.
