Vacation rentals with beach access in Big Sur

This property features a range of superb amenities. An 8-minute walk to Rio Del Mar beach, a cozy setup, laundry facilities on site, and all the little things you'd expect. Our arrival was met by a mix-up with the dates, resulting in the place not being ready. However, Myra and David went above and beyond to resolve the issue, leaving us extremely satisfied. Myra was an exemplary hostess, always responding promptly. In light of the numerous glowing reviews, I'm convinced our experience was an anomoly. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is definitely worth considering.

Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently just around the corner from beach, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed the large private porch too. We’ll definitely come back.

This was our 2nd stay at the beachfront condo, we were there in september and got to be there this April. Alway's a great expeirence and location I would recomend it to all my friends and Family. Laura and Brendan are great Hosts and very attentive. Thank you Anthony and John.

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Very nice, beautiful place. It is right on the same street as the stores and restaurants so you can walk to most places. However, as renters have said, parking during the day can be difficult, there is traffic noise and a store plays music across the street during the day. At night, just the occasional car. Plenty of space for us and good kitchen. They were able to let us check in a few hours early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it is independently owned, including the community activism to give back. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach for dinner; and a short drive to the college and other areas.

Loved our stay and the proximity to the beach was the best. 5 min walk and beach was great. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was great to cook in and bbq too. Highly recommend. Loved our time in Monterey exploring Pacific Grove and Carmel and pebble beach.

This is by far the perfect beach getaway house! My husband had classes in the area so during the day my daughter and dog could walk right to the beach! There is even a museum right in walking distance I took my daughter to twice. And the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk is only a ten minute walk which we did another day! The Airbnb itself was beautifully decorated with a wonderful shower and a clawfoot tub. The outdoor area was so great to relax in as well. This place was stocked with beach chairs and toys and extra towels and even sunblock. Everything we could need. In fact we loved it so much we extended our stay. Yvonne was SO responsive and friendly and really made our vacation just completely hassle free and perfect. I can see why this place is always booked!

Ian and his brother Ryan were excellent hosts! They were extremely communicative, which I always very much appreciate. I loved the brightness of each room, one with a large window and the other with a french door to a spacious backyard. We felt very comfortable in the home and also loved the live plants in the kitchen area. The kitchen has nice pots and pans, a few spices to cook with, and all needed utensils. We always cook when we travel, so it was great to have all of these needs met! The beds were comfortable, and the couch was nice and cozy as well :) Great location too!

This place was nicer than the photos and absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. Everything was well equipped and labeled. The location was very quiet and peaceful with great access to a quiet beach. You definitely need a car as it's a little isolated but that added to the charm.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you again, Mariam, for such a lovely experience!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Absolutely gorgeous place! Extremely clean and well maintained. Kathleen's instructions were spot on and she quickly responded to any questions that I had. It was nice to stay here for my kid's birthday weekend. I highly recommend this beautiful home. ☺️

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. We had a great time at Seascape. The home was right by the beach and playground, also central location to lots of places by Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home was spacious for three adults, a toddler and baby. It was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

Roberta was an excellent host and very responsive. The condo was nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay while we were here. If anyone is looking for a nice quiet place to stay in Aptos that is near the beach I'd highly recommend checking out this Condo. 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!
