Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

This wonderful little house is located in an amazing natural garden. The interior was absolutely gorgeous and tasteful. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed a morning walk in the hidden sculpture garden. Strong recommendation to do this in the early morning hours to take in the quietness, natural atmosphere and impressive art! 🙂

Shortly before the check-in time, when I contacted them with an inquiry, they responded immediately. I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and I wanted to extend my stay.The whole place is all tidy and clean.Also, a lot of breakfast cereal and coffee was left for us to enjoy.There were plenty of large bath towels provided which was very helpful. I didn't get a chance to thank Linda directly, but I really appreciate it!Recommended for those who want to take care of their private time.

Alice and Mitch's studio sleep out is a well equipped unit separate from the main house. the studio unit is spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, a small but well equipped kitchen, WiFi and his sized satellite TV. Location is situated just around the corner of downtown Richmond, you can walk in 3-4 minutes to the grocery and many other shops. it's great being so close to town, at times there's some daytime noise from a the nearby Toyota shop during business hours, but at night (after 5pm) & all day weekends it's peaceful as can be. Alice and Mitch and their young family are great hosts, so friendly and helpful yet respect your privacy completely. The off street parking is a real plus, as well as a washer in the unit. and as I said businesses including restaurants and pubs are literally a 5 minute walk away. This is a great value, especially for longer stays. Thank you!
