Monthly Rentals in Araçatuba

The apartment is wonderful! With all the facilities and items needed for everyday life! It was super clean and tidy. Soft and smelling towels, how delicious! The care of having soaps, detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, wow, perfect! I was able to work comfortably from the apartment as well. I had excellent days! I really felt at home! Mary is super polite, patient, kind and cordial! One of the best hosts I've had contact! I love it! I recommend it too much!

Third time I stay at the Lucas Lofts, like the other times, I LOVED IT.!! Everything made with practicality, what I like the most besides the impeccable comfort and cleaning, is the location and ease of ordering ifood, very practical and close, when you wanted to make food, in addition to having everything you needed to cook, there is the best market in the city at the end of the street besides the best and largest pharmacy in the city also… to go on foot! The only serious problem that I have to realize is that after we stay there, we no longer want to stay in apartments with ordinances and all their bureaucracies because the lofts, are much more private, practical and quiet! I will go back more often, I have found that they are the best rated in the city.

The apartment is great, it was extremely clean and organized. Impeccable bedding. The sofa bed is huge, very well accommodated my two kids, 6 and 11 years. The building is great, has a swimming pool, a gym with full view of the pool, laundry (pays the part but super ok, helped me a lot), parking space, very complete! Excellent location! When you're in Araçatuba again, it's definitely my first option. I recommend it!
