Vacation rentals with a patio in Araçatuba

The apartment is really beautiful !! The photos reflect what the apartment is, an unusual experience in an immovel with industrial decoration and very cozy !! Super recommend.... Only an improvement to be made - the water is leaking under the BOX in the bathroom.. with this little adjustment - the apartment is impeccable !!!

The place is small but cozy. Second time staying in this building and when I need to stay there again. The host was very helpful.

STRENGTHS: Apartment in an exemplary location. Very good condominium structure. Easy check in and check out! The apartment has complete carpentry, TV, microwave and household utensils in general. NEGATIVE POINTS: The apartment was dirty, with hair on the floor, lots of dust! Dirty microwave, dirty refrigerator. The ad says provide bath towels, which I didn't have and had to buy. Dirty bedding, I had to buy new bedding to wear.

only thank my son 3 more friends made use of the house for 15 days and André very helpful, just thank you because he exceeded expectations in everything.

An apartment that complies with everything that is announced, a great condominium

Full ranch. Air conditioning, comfortable beds, hammock, children's house, clean pool, clean bathrooms, full kitchen. Large space, easy to find, host was very kind, internet worked very well. Family all loved it!

Clean, organized and airy place, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms with ample space on the gourmet balcony and pool area. There was a problem with the refrigerator but Everton promptly answered us and took two others to the place for better. But the site needs attention with children because there are still no protection grids in the pool area that has a decline in the terrain, but it is already providing the adjustments. Great location and with tranquility of the neighborhood. Our family really enjoyed it. We thank you for your great stay.
