Monthly Rentals in Appalachian Mountains

The suite was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed and more. It looked like it was brand new. All the finishes, appliances (washer and dryer too) were top quality. Although it is a basement suite it has large windows and great natural light. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were great. The location was walking distrance from our event and good access to major roads. Would highly recommend and return again.

Had a comfortable stay here. Max was easy to work with and flexible when I had travel issues around my check-in. The place is pretty much exactly as described in the pictures - what you see is what you get. I had no major problems during my monthlong stay, and wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. The surrounding area is okay -- a nice park and a few decent places to eat nearby, but not much going on and a few noisy neighbors sometimes. All in all, not a luxury stay but a good value with easy check-in and a helpful host. Plenty of space for 1-2 people in a basement studio.

Great Place, Wonderful Heritage house , Dan is a great Host, 2nd year we have stayed there on 4th of July week. We will be back next year , Lord willing !!!!!. Dan is a great Historian and is helping preserve Cynthiana's history by restoring this building. It is only about 45 minutes from the Arc Encounter. Thanks sooooo much Dan. Ray & Judy Cook

Very nice neighboorhood and located near lots of places to eat! The airbnb was cozy and had a good sized kitchen. I enjoyed my stay here!
