LOVELY LITTLE "GEM" IN THE CATSKILL MOUNTAINS NEAR THE HUDSON RIVER! THE CUTEST LITTLE CONVERTED "MILK BARN" WHICH WAS RUSTIC, QUIET, PEACEFUL, BEAUTIFUL AND HAD THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE. RIO WAS RIGHT THERE WHEN WE PULLED UP AND EVEN INTRODUCED US TO HIS LOVELY MOTHER. THIS AIRBNB IS VERY UNIQUE IN THE COUNTRY, YOU WILL LOVE IT! WE REALLY FELT LIKE WE HAD STEPPED BACK IN TIME AND WERE ABLE TO GET A PEACEFUL NIGHTS SLEEP. JUST WANTED TO MENTION HOW FRIENDLY RIO IS, IS EASY TO TALK TOO, AND WE WE'RETHANKFUL FOR THE RECOMMENDATION HE GAVE US FOR BREAKFAST. WE FOUND THE PERFECT AIRBNB WHILE WE WERE VISITING THE NEARBY WALKWAY OVER THE HUDSON RIVER, SO FOR ALL THESE REASONS WE GIVE THIS AIRBNB.....10 STARS!

This was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was central to Salem, Gloucester, and not too far from Boston. Very close to wonderful local restaurants and Marla was very attentive to our requests.

Our family had a wonderful time at Larissa’s farm. Our three kids loved working on the farm - learning, contributing, and being outside - and Larissa is just such a kind person who was super patient with the kids. The apartment was great, everything you need for a short stay, and was just what we were looking for, clean and well-kept. Larissa provides a ton of info about stores and restaurants and activities nearby, and we just had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

We came here to host our staff Christmas party. It was perfect! Everyone had a great time, and several of them stayed over to be safe rather than driving home. We were able to easily prepare a meal for 20 people in the large kitchen. This was by far the cleanest, most well stocked, well cared for, well maintained property that I’ve stayed at! We didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay at Ann and Tim’s wonderful place! We really needed a weekend getaway, and the barn cabin was perfect to curl up in during a snowstorm. We loved all the books, the fireplace, the piano, and especially the hospitality. From the homemade bakery to the friendly support, Ann and Tim are incredible hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Gail was commutative and helpful! The cabin barn was beautifully decorated, quaint, and cozy. The outhouse was clean and a short walk from the cabin. We didn’t use the shower or bath tub but they looked lovely. The heated mattress covers kept us warm at night. Overall a beautiful and convenient place to stay!

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

The Barndominium was just as advertised and then some! My husband and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend and this stay was perfect! The space was clean, cozy, and the goats outside our kitchen window was such a unique sight! We lounged in the hot tub, drank wine by the pellet stove, explored the grounds, and hand fed the goats. Truly a sanctuary of a stay. We would highly recommend booking this place!!

My husband and I were looking for a place to have a very relaxing weekend. Lori’s place was just the place for it. Lori was a great host! She was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a few places for us to visit. Lori responded very quickly to our message needing help with getting on Netflix. The apartment was very neat and clean. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook meals. The morning sun rise was beautiful! We would definitely like to visit Lori’s place again!

Me and my friend came here for a few days to enjoy some peace and quiet after being in nashville for a few days. While my friend liked the place, i completely fell in love with it and for the first time in my life i actually felt like i’ve found ”home”. I actually feel really sad about leaving and if it was up to me I probably never would. It’s the kind of place i would dream of spending a whole summer learning everything about horses and ranching and hopefully i’ll find a place like that again. People were friendly and getting to hang out and cuddle with the horses (and cats) was exactly what I needed before returning back home. We booked the place with the intention of riding, which didn’t work out as planned but Taylor was really sweet about it and although we would have booked a different place to stay if we knew it wouldn’t have happened, we have no regrets. The only ”real” negative thing i have to say is that the water in the kitchen smells really bad, so bring drinking water! ❤️

We absolutely loved the place!! We did not want to leave and will definitely be coming back to stay again! The downtown was so cute as well! Overall just a great experience!

This was a great place to stay with your partner or family! Luke and Stacy respond in a timely manner! The pool table was our favorite game to play! We really enjoyed the space overall! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Booked this place and a few others in the same "compound" to have a cozy girls craft weekend away. It was PERFECT for this. The Barn served as the hub for the 14 women who attended. Beautiful, easy to use kitchen to prepare all our meals. It was pretty well stocked with every sort of gadget you require. Everyone had their own bathroom and a gigantic bed to retire to at the end of the night. It was absolutely perfect!

Annie and Ryan have created such a wonderful spot in the woods with their cozy barn. It is nestled in privacy along the south side of a long ridgeline. Driving along the rutted gravel road to get there is smile-inducing. We had snow and it was simply a wonderland. The barn is lit with beautiful outdoor lights that you can see through the trees coming down the road at night. inside, everything is tasteful, thoughtful, and cozy. Our favorite things were the wood stove and the record player. Nothing beats a tight fire on a cold morning, drinking fresh hot coffee, and listening to Miles Davis. Annie and Ryan are absolutely wonderful hosts and have gone above and beyond to make a stay here something magical and memorable. It certainly was for us and four-legged babies. We had delicious homemade breakfasts each morning before heading out on "bridge hunts" each day... we love covered bridges and iron bridges, and there are many in the area. Lovely place with great hosts! Clean, more spacious than we expected, perfect for a small family getaway. Our tweens loved the basketball court and giving the animals treats. We loved the ease of check-in and the kindness/communication of the hosts. Would recommend! There is some lovely antiquing not too far in Bell Buckle and we traversed to Chattanooga to see the zoo and IMAX, both at the host’s recommendation. Lovely!

Our family had an absolutely marvelous time at the Barn House after Christmas. Kathleen went the extra mile to make our time at the Barn House memorable. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! It is a lovely place to get away with your family or friends, in winter or summer. It was beautiful in December, I can only imagine how pretty the Barn House would be in the summer. Our entire family would love to return for another visit! Booking and checking in were easy and flawless. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!❤️

My family and I didn’t want to leave. The home was clean, spacious, peacefully situated. The little ones enjoyed playing outside during the day, and I could watch them from the living room sofa. I just had to be certain that their boots were dry before they reentered the house. Also the kids were delighted to discover the treasure trove of children’s’ toys! So was I. We were able to do a little laundry we had from a previous stop and we ordered delivery through Uber. The coffee station was perfect…and I really generally appreciated your hospitality. 💕

Fantastic hosts, the barn was perfect for a weekend getaway to Roundtop. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Another wonderful stay with Marylouise! Great space for small families with young children. Highly interactive experience with all the animals. Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. So many thoughtful touches throughout the home.

We had stayed at this place a few years ago for a couples retreat and really enjoyed it. We booked it again as we had enjoyed it the first time. It's a nice location that is off the beaten path and pretty private and quiet. The home is well furnished and taken care of. Everything that we needed was provided. We loved using the hot tub with the snow falling! We are already planning to go back next year!

Brenda was a perfect host. The photos are exactly what the unique barn looks like. There was a special treat when we arrived a little touch of love goes a long way. We had a great family evening watching movies and celebrating my birthday. Great escape for our family of four. Lots of great memories. Highly recommend.
