The place corresponded exactly to the description, and we immediately felt completely comfortable when we arrived. The location was just perfect – wonderfully quiet and peaceful, with a fantastic view from the balcony to the adjacent nature reserve. The equipment of the apartment left nothing to be desired – everything was thought of and we felt like at home. Our host Kanil was incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and had the pleasure of having a very pleasant conversation that immediately gave us a feeling of security and well-being. In addition, he gave us numerous tips on attractions & restaurants (even in writing!) so that we did not miss any highlights in Kandy and the surrounding area. Thanks to Kanil's hospitality and the great accommodation, we were able to enjoy our five days in Kandy to the fullest. We are very grateful for this unforgettable experience!

We had a great time. The Room is big and clean und the view is amazing. Achala offered to cook dinner for us and it was definitely worth it. The next day he even drove us to peacock trail and picked us up later down the trail so that we could have a great experience in the nature to escape the noise of the city. He had great recommendations regarding food and local stuff to experience. He is very kind and friendly and we had a great time. We recommend to stay there :) Thanks for everything.

What a stunning place! A slice of Santorini in Sri Lanka. The private pool was a highlight, as were seeing monkey’s from the bathroom window in the mornings. Also a convenient five minute TukTuk away from the city centre. Loved this stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Kandy.

Jason and Amali’s place is beautiful beyond the description. It’s nestled amongst nature and is beautifully designed. If you love nature then this is the place to be. Surrounded by trees it’s also filled with birds (flycatchers, peacocks, hornbills and many more) and animals (monkeys and even barking deer which you can see from the balcony). We stayed for only 3 days, but we would definitely come back for more.
