We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

The house is beautiful, all the spaces are amazing. It was perfect for our family vacation! However, two important points: - lots of stairs - Excessive consumption fees to add in addition to the Airbnb price shown

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Consuelo's lovely apartment. It was fully equipped, functional, very comfortable, fully correspondent to the online photos. What the photos don't convey is Consuelo's incredible charm and thoughtfulness — she truly made our stay special. Thank you for everything! It was hard to say goodbye.

Without exaggeration, I will declare that my 2.5 month stays with Rosa and Pino have been one of the best experiences of my life. I arrived by car from Denmark, with my puppy Zeus at + 50kg. Pino and Rosa have taken care of him when I was at work, they have served dinner when I got home, made my lunch, and best of all, I have felt welcome as if I were their family. In addition, there has been respect for my privacy, and I have been able to go home and close the door when I needed it. Absolutely amazing stay. I travel the world with my work and this stay was like a blessing from heaven. I am 25 years old, do not speak Italian and yet we have enjoyed ourselves incredibly much, and I will definitely come down and visit them again. If you don't know if this is the place to book, then this is your absolute conviction to do so. It's been an experience I'll remember for the rest of my life. A great blessing to meet Pino and Rosa. 🙏❤️
